Fries were good as always. Rest of food was not what we think of going to Wendy's for... kind of mediocre. I tried to use the ketchup pump and it squirted a large amount of the red stuff onto my shirt, belt, down both legs of my trousers and all over the floor. Took me 5 min to clean up in the bathroom while my wife cleaned the floor... with no help at all from the staff even though we asked for damp towels to help us clean up (which they did not provide). Not the great experience we are accustomed to at Wendy's.
Sat at the drive through speaker for three minutes with no greeting. I knew somebody was there because I heard the car in front of me ordering. I asked if anybody was there only to be told they'd be with me in a minute. Took another two minutes before she took my order. Had to repeat myself several times to confirm she got my order correct. Got around to the window and figured why it took her so long to answer me at the speaker. Apparently, whatever tik-toc she was watching was more important than serving customers. I guess the vehicle behind me wasn't as patient with her as they drive off without ordering. Also concerning was a crew member handling people's food with no hat/hairnet on his greasy head and no hairnet over his ZZ Top beard. Pretty sure that's a health code violation. I had ordered a plain bacon double stack, and charged for one, but aparently "plain" means no condiments, no bacon, and no double stack (see my attached pic). It seems Wendy's just isn't what it used to be as far as quality and service. Pretty sure Dave Thomas is rolling over in his grave.
HORRIBLE!!! Experience the manager took the order to start like she was mad I asked for a drink and she shouted at me “CAN YOU WAIT!!!! Than I got the window and because I knew she was being like that the order was probably gonna be wrong it was Jr bacon without bacon burger order without onion with onions so she looked at me and asked do you need anything else and I told her that the order was wrong she yell out to the employees like they were animals she was totally steric and annoyed not a professional way to treat a customer nor any of the employees she clearly needs more training this order was on 05/01/2022 at 3:35pm
Last time I ever go to this Wendy's!I ordered a baconater, and they didn't even put any bacon on it! As if it Wendy's isn't already expensive enough, they can't even get ONE burger right! 8$ for one burger that just had one pattie and cheese. What a rip off!If I could give zero stars, I would!
*Staff was courteous and wait time was minimal.*Food is way overpriced .. paid $18 for two burgers, one large order of fries, and one medium drink.*French fry container wasn’t even half full and fries were cold.
I make curbside orders. I wait 15 minutes then follow up with your staff. They then say my order is on their screen. They refuse to refund my payment. They then proceed to look at my phone and take pictures of me. Then they deliver the wrong drinks and half my order. The manager on duty blames the general manager and her staff. Basic equipment like the drive through order monitor is broken. Even the lights in the marquis are burning out. This happens more often than not.
The female manager with the dark hair is so rotten to both customers and employees. I had ordered some food and a Coke. The drive thru employee had made a Diet Coke and had tried to convince the manager to not give it to me, but the manager dismissed her and handed it to me anyway. I’m allergic to aspartame, and when I told the manager that and asked to have the drink remade, she looked so irritated. I’m sorry that allergies are inconvenient to you. Learn to cope, please.
They were insanely busy when we went and the headset died so they didn’t know I was at the speaker. I drove up to the window and they apologized profusely. I wasn’t upset because I know it’s rough right now and they more than made up for it.
It’s like this location only hire ppl with special needs. I mean no need to order because they’re obviously are gonna choose for you. I said let me get a number 7 and baby give me a chicken sandwich and some fries from Christmas . I think I confused them when I asked for the food fresh …. Yea, maybe that’s it
Second Wendy's I've been to in the last fifteen minutes, both closed earlier than listed. I really don't like wasting my time.
