When we pulled up to the drive through staff was repeatedly making fun of our names when saying we had on our mobile orders there. They ask the names and would repeat them back in a slandered version. I repeated each name twice to be sure he was doing it on purpose and he continued to repeat them back altering them to be disrespectful. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Worst part when we pulled up it was the manager wearing the distinctive manager colors different from the rest of staff doing it. Then they brought out our orders and they were not even right. Doesn’t seem like Wendy’s employees want return customers anymore.
4 for $4 and $5 biggie bag is one of the best deals in fast food right now, and it's decent portions for the price. My wife and I like to grab one on the way to work and it keeps us fed through our shift. Haven't experienced many quality or service problems at this or any of their locations thus far (though they one did give me a Dave's single when I ordered a triple baconator, wasn't super happy with that). Overall worth the money!
This is my fave Wendy's in the area. I drive past two others to get here. Staff is better, they don't screw up my order like the others, and the food is good.
Easy to access off of 9400 south or Highland. The morning staff is friendly and quick. The breakfast menu is ample with many selections, but the potato wedges severed with the combo meals were good but something I will not order again. They were just not a food item I need to have a second time. The coffee was fresh, and the amount of sugar and cream added were exactly as I had requested. I'll be back here for breakfast, but just a sandwich and coffee. And of course, their hamburger for lunch and dinner are always a great meal option too.
Excellent food. Parking is off to the side. And the place is clean inside. Friendly staff and clean restrooms.
Busy, but that's also a good sign. I'm not a burger fan, but Wendy's has options. Great salads and their baked potato is one of my all-time favorites.
I don't eat at Wendy's often but today I figured why not? The drive thru was busy but went fairly quick. The worker at the window was way cool and talked with us the whole time we were at the window waiting. Because of that, I will come back here more often.
I came with 5 little kids and Olga was at the register. She was possibly the nicest, most patient person that I have interacted with in a customer service setting in a very longtime. Her kindness and generosity have ensured that I will come back.
Seems to be closed often because of computer issues. The service is okay with some impatient workers.Calm down people you work at Wendy’s. Not really changing the world for the better. There is a much better location a few miles away that is much more convenient.
Hands down best wendys in slc. The team is amazing. Even if they make a mistake with my order they are always quick to fix.
