Great Service Great Food!

Usually like this place. Unfortunately this time we did a to go order. Ordered the 16 ounce Fortworth Ribeye. Unfortunately I got a NY Steak instead. Sent pics via text message (to be fair, might not be monitored by an actual human) called the store line and have been waiting for over 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone. At this point I guess I will just eat te price difference. (Pun intended)

Food was good. Visited on Mother's Day & surprisingly got right in. Our server was beyond spectacular. The bar was slow with 2 of our cocktails, but she went back to check on our drinks several times ~ so she was on it! Food came out in very reasonable timing. I ordered the ribeye medium well but a few spots were bright pink throughout. It still tasted fabulous tho.

It was really busy, and signing up online for their waitlist allowed us to be seated right away. I definitely recommend signing up on the waitlist, they texted us when our table was ready, about 10 minutes before the estimated time. They initially seated us at a dirty table, but they cleaned it right away. The service was really good, especially considering how busy it was. Our food arrived promptly. The steaks were tender, well-seasoned, and perfect temperature. My baked potato came with enough sour cream to bankrupt a dairy! The mango margarita was too sweet for my taste, as was the honey butter served with the tasty, fresh-baked rolls. It was a good dinner, above average for similar chain steakhouses.

My husband, daughter, and I went to the Texas Roadhouse in Sandy for Valentine's Day. Most of the food was pretty tasty, though our steaks arrived undercooked. Fortunately, we had an absolutely amazing server, Whitney. She made sure all our food was great and when we discovered that our steaks were closer to blue rare instead of medium rare, she took them back to get them fixed. Between her and Eternity, the manager, we felt like we were well taken care of. Their service was wonderful and beyond reproach. Everything ended up tasting great, and we had a wonderful evening. Thanks guys!

The wait on a Saturday evening was tremendous. We had added our name to the wait list earlier in the day at around 2pm via the online reservation option. We showed up at around 6pm and had to wait until 8 to get seated. This was not the restaurant's fault as it was PACKED full of customers. Once we went back the servers were outstanding and patient. The food was delicious too!

Very clean and excellent service and food. Definitely stop by this Texas Roadhouse for an amazing dinner with excellent service…

excelente atención y servicio ? ?

The experience was not bad, but it wasn't the best. We've never been disappointed with their food. They have some steaks you could choose from. The one I chose was apparently not as fresh as it's been at other restaurants. They also overcooked it. Even with that said, we enjoyed our visit. The picture shows an 18oz Forth Worth Ribeye topped with mushrooms and onions. We always tip from 15% to 20% depending on the experience, never less than that. Always tip the person who serves you.

This location is the best TR I have been to. I have been to 20 or 30 locations during my lifetime all over the USA. I go to TR because it is consistent and delivers a darn good product with very good staff. But i had to take a minute and compliment this location. In fact i stopped to ask for the manager, which i rarely do unless it is to make mention of an issue. But i specifically stopped and met the manger Eternity (I believe) i told her the staff who waited on me from behind the bar was incredible. They worked hard, asked my name, called me by name during my experience and treated me to highest lever of service i could imagine. My meal was hot, cooked perfectly and tasty as i would expect... But with the service and attentiveness it tasted just that much better. I told Eternity whatever she and the other managers are doing is spot on and to continue. I hope she passed on my acknowledgement to bar staff. Extreme kudos to TR in Sandy!
