The service was good, I got my food quick. But I think you guys should be made aware that last night I experienced severe food poisoning. I was sweating in pain and I couldn’t rest for 6 hours. Had my symptoms been any worse I would’ve gone to the ER. Sanitation and proper food code is essential when working in food service. A brush up with your employees on proper sanitation measures might do you good.
Shift leader was very rude, i went inside to dine in. they are short staffed (as most places are during the pandemic) so i don’t expect anything fantastic but there was no greeting. i used the kiosk to order but i had coupons (that i got from this same location due to bad service) so i sent my order through, and walked to the front. she then demanded me to use the kiosk after i just used it. then she was rude about the coupons. very bad experience
We went to this Taco Bell on a drive through date, they were asked to pick their two favorite appetizers and surprise us at the window. We were surprised with Nacho Fries and Potato Nachos! Customer service was awesome and really made our drive through experience delightful! Thank you Taco Bell!
Please put a sign in your window informing customers to check their orders before they drive away, sucks when you get back to work or wherever and you have a completely wrong order. I usually wouldn't mind the attitude given at the drive thru so much if they actually gave me what i paid for.
I love Taco Bell but wow this location needs help. We were missing part of our order. I also though I ordered a chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito but what I got was more tortilla than anything. Just disappointed to not get what I paid for.
We paid for cinnamon twists and we didn’t even get them. I honestly can’t believe that they didn’t pay attention to our order. The crunch wraps were fine and the taco had like no filling. I am disappointed and would like my money back
The quality, even by fast food standards, hasn't been as good as previous. But it's fast and the people at the window have always been competent.
the chalupas and nacho cheese flavored taco shells are excellent. however I'm very disappointed they discontinued the tostadas.
The drive-thru guy gave us the best customer service we have ever gotten in a drive-thru by far. His name is Sean and he deserves a raise! Also the manager there at the time was really friendly and professional.
Usually love Taco Bell but last night I had a huge piece of paper cardboard left inside a taco that I was in the middle of trying to EAT. And also we ordered our tacos supreme and not one of them was made correctly. I don’t think I’ll ever come to this location again after the paper thing, I was too grossed out to continue eating and just threw the last three tacos away. Also, we were the ONLY customers there at the time so it’s not as though they were busy and it was an easy mistake or mix up . . . .
