On three separate occasions this Taco Bell has completely jipped me.Leaving my crunchwraps off my order, giving me cheap tacos when I've ordered chicken chalupas...I don't usually lose my patience with fast food orders being wrong.However, this Taco Bell has completely screwed me for the last time.You need Taco Bell? Drive down to 104th & State, because they won't steal your money and waste your time.Get bent, lazy town Taco Bell.
My order was large, I will give them that. However, we were kind and went into the lobby so as not to run their times up. We ordered everything standard except 3 items. They completely skipped the 3 special items. There were only two other customers in the lobby and no one in the drive thru. The lobby was trashed, almost every table had debris, the drink station had food waste on it, the floors were covered in food and wrappers. Over all, not a good experience.
I love this Taco Bell location. It has the best customer service. They are always so friendly and ask lots of questions. I'm quite impressed with whoever is training their employees. Keep it up
Went inside to pickup a doordash and they legitemently made me go through the drive thru to get the door dash even though the inside was open. The lady at the counter is clueless. Don't go here for doordash.
My food was ready in 10 seconds, from the time I ordered to driving to the 2nd window. Too good to be true? YES IT WAS. Horrible stomach ache, diarrhea, headache, chills, and nausea. The food was obviously not taken care of and just set out ready for orders.
Taco Bell has good food sometimes. We've had more bad food than good. We have gotten such horrible wilted lettuce that it ruins all the other ingredients. Our first few visits were actually pretty good but from then on it stunk.
Ordered through Uber eats didn’t get straws, got the wrong kinda of tacos and my cinnamon twist were not fully cooked.
I’ve been drive-through Angelina she taking my order because I told her do not put tomatoes in the Chalupa but she did anyways because my daughter have allergic and I told her please remove the tomato she took back remove the tomatoes and she said don’t come back telling to Customer that’s not nice we spent almost $20 she really rude and telling Customer don’t come back again because she don’t want to work she not happy I don’t know why what’s going on you can watch the video camera how she telling Customer rude I don’t want show face but management know who she we just wasted money
Taco Bell is great. And this one is awesome! Always get my order right. ☺️
Waited over 10 minutes to just place an order.. taco bell is good but not good enough to wait 10+ minutes just to order.
