Worst experience ever! Did not cut the meat, veggies, literally maybe (5) pieces of spinach, (3) cucumbers, (2) banana peppers, (1) jalapeño and a tiny splash of sauceI have a larger family and was told I couldn’t order more than (5) sandwiches they wouldn’t allow it. If I could give this location zero stars I definitely would they were awful!
I never have left a review in my life but I’m annoyed lol. They only toasted one of our sandwiches and they put shredded cheese on one of the sandwiches. If you’re out of something just say that??? I don’t want shredded cheese that’s not even cheddar. Tf. And all the sandwiches looked like he gripped them with all the strength he had in in body. Thanks subway for the beat up sandwiches and shredded cheese !??
I had a good experience at my last visit. I used the drive thru and the gentleman who helped me was very quick.
Got a chicken avocado as takeout, but no avocado… that’s sad gotta say that?
Door says they open at 8:30. Their google map profile says they open at 8:30. We got there and saw a guy just standing there on his phone but his doors were locked at about 8:34. He let us sit outside for like 10 minutes just wandering around doing nothing until we finally left. Bad customer service.
The staff went out of their way to be friendly, and the food was prepared quickly and correctly.
This is the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway. While I understand that this location is understaffed, I don't think that's any excuse for treating your customers like garbage. We went through the drive-thru, ordered our sandwiches, and realized as we pulled up to the window that they hadn't asked us what size of sandwich we wanted. Sure enough, they had opted to give us the biggest possible sandwich at the most expensive price. Okay, no big deal right? We figured it was an honest mistake and let the employee know that she hadn't actually asked us the size and we had not ordered footlong sandwiches. Rather than own up to her mistake or even take a moment to consider that she may have forgotten to ask, she immediately told us "Yes I did!!!" and continue to double down on her mistake and treat us very rudely. Instead of honoring the price for the size that we would have ordered, she threw the larger sandwiches aside and went to try to remake them (more food waste this way so not sure why that would have been a solution?). At that point, given her extremely salty attitude we were worried that she would spit in our food, so we just bought the sandwiches they had originally made, at double the price. Just save yourself the time and effort and go to a different location.
I ordered a sandwich online when I got there three guys were sitting out on the porch and my sandwich wasn't ready. When I went in one of the guys started making the sandwich and you can see from the picture how horrible it was would not recommend it to anybody
I always enjoy eating a meatball sub from subway . This subway hasn't failed me. They made my day and just thought I would share.? I love the service and the way they make my sub, I would definitely recommend this Subway to anyone.
Worst Subway experience we’ve ever had. After waiting in the drive-thru behind someone for 5 minutes and then waiting at the order window for another 10, we finally drove up to the pay window to see what the deal was because we were never helped. Nobody ever said anything to us. We could clearly see someone inside, and at the window but we were completely ignored. We chose drive-thru because the front doors were locked. Even though the hours of operation said they were open.
