Wonderful experience today. Greeted with a friendly Welcome to Subway. Place was Super clean inside. All toppings were stocked and looking deliciously perfect. Had the Cheese Steak on Italian Herb and Cheese. Perfectly made. Wife had the Subway Club. Very good sandwiches. Easy to see store from street. Easy access, with lots of good parking.
Great little Subway shop in Sandy. It can get busy so sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but the sandwiches we ordered were well made.
I may have had the same rude lady as mentioned in another review. Another employee tried to apologize for her and take care of me.
I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star! Horrible service! They could not get our simple two sandwich meal order . Then they wouldn’t give us our receipt so we can make sure our order was right. The guy never told us our total and then he didn’t remember our total when we asked him it ?! They said they are out of receipt paper and can’t tell us or provide a receipt . We then had to sit there trying to convince him our kids meal came with a drink but that was even too hard for him to comprehend , so we just left with what we had. The most frustrating ordering experience !
I ordered three sandwiches and all of the sandwiches were made wrong and it took for ever for them to make. I will never go back there again.
If you want to find a place where people hate their job, this is the place. Can’t even get half your order right. Wrong bread, wrong vegetables! Get it together. They make it seem like it’s a drag to order your food when it’s their job. Hopefully they can hire some good workers before they go under for the sloppy work they do.
This place is a joke. I've tried 4-5 times to let it redeem itself with a normal experience there but its always the same. There is one supremely rude lady there who drops attitude on everyone. The latest rude experience was that she came over to me and asked what sandwich I wanted. When I started taking she held her hand up as if to say "stop" because she was doing a drive-through order. How would I know? She didn't hold up a finger signaling "just a second" but a whole hand held over the top of the counter. Enough chances. Hope they see what I do and invite her to try a more suitable profession: crossing guard.
Food was dry and the help needed some training in manners as well as building a sandwich. First time my boys said their sandwich wasn't up to par 3.G
The way the sandwich was put together was terrible. The guy who put it together was the owner u think.A guy from India ,they don't care .
The worst sandwich it wasn’t toasted there was 2 pieces of spinach one tomato and hardly any Mayo and no ranch. I ordered everything on it. It took for ever. They didn’t even put the cheese on that he asked me 3 times what kind of cheese. Very disappointed I will never eat at that one again.
