I placed an order on line Friday May 27th. I received a message saying that door dash would be delivering after about 45 minutes I received a message from Door dash stating that Subway had cancelled my order. No one would answer the phone so waited until next morning the girl told me she didn't know when her manager would be in to speak to and she stated that they don't given refunds.
Great sub. Had the Turkey and Ham with fresh veggies. Herb and Cheese bread. Only one worker that did a fantastic job. Clean store with easy access.
This is the best Subway in Sandy. Friendly, helpful staff and fresh ingredients.
My girlfriend and I wanted wanted to get a quick bite nearby after work. Granted we could of came earlier if we weren’t caught up with other things, but this spot is about a minute away from home (not an exaggeration). Needless to say this Subway is open till 9 pm, the open sign was lit as well the store being fully lit itself, but the doors were locked at 8:45 pm. If you decide to close early make it clear to your customers please. We drove to another one 10 mins away and they were able to help us even with it being 8:55 pm when we showed up.
I will be eating alot more subs.SUPERB.
Very slow service. Ordered online. My pick up time was scheduled 45 minutes from order time which I thought was long but decided it was worth the wait. When I arrived at the store on my scheduled pick up time, the order was not ready and they have not even started the order. The store was completely empty with one person making the sandwiches. I had to wait 20 min for her to finish making the sandwich. Ended up waiting for 1+ hours for a sandwich.
I'm torn..The service was great. The lettuce, although they say fresh, but since not fresh and freshly chopped, had a little freshness to be desired.I saw it at 2 Subways today. So, I don't know if they can do anything to have it fresher, but I'd love it more if so..
Lots of parking and easy to get to. The store was clean and all the staff using facemasks and gloves. The food was fresh and the service was fast and friendly.
Great service. We ordered online and went inside to pick it up. There was only one weekend, so the service backed up really quickly. There is a park close by to eat and play.
Ordered online and didnt ever get all i wanted. Didnt ask for regular mustard wanted honey mustard. Didnt want wheat bread wanted italian herb and cheese. I had enough mustard for 4 sandwiches
