Wow this was a TERRIBLE experience. First off, I think there were 3 employees but in reality there was only one actually working. The other two were dinking around talking and not caring about a large line of customers. Then I get my small (more like EXTRA SMALL) ice cream. I told the employee there was hardly anything in it, to which he replied “I didn’t realize how small that one was, haha.” Terrible service, and I was charged full price for the photo below. Sub-zero? More like sub-par.

I love going to sub zero. You can never get textured ice cream like theirs. It's so cool that they use nitrogen to cool/texturize the ice cream. I usually get tigers blood or cotton candy mixed with chocolate and oreos. I hope they never close down since I've noticed the one in murray and west jordan have. Please try out this place so they stay in business! It's worth it!

Went here and the service was terrible! The two boys just sat in the back and talked while only one person helped our group of 8 people! And continued to go back in the back to talk while we were out there. They did one ice cream in the 15 minutes we were there! We ended up leaving they took so long TALKING!!! The amount was so small won’t ever go to this location again!!

We were very excited to try a new ice cream place... we ordered online and had it delivered to us, surprisingly it was still ice cream when we received it BUT I wish I could rate this 0 stars. The amount you get is SO SMALL SO SMALL and I can not emphasize that enough! If you are looking for 4 bites of ice cream this is the place for you.(I literally got 4 bites of ice cream, no exaggeration) very expensive for what you get. Very very disappointed and we will not be a returning customer. I must add this is my first ever review I have left and to me that says alot that I felt I needed to write a review to let others know the disappointment is real.

Get the piña colada Italian ice. You’ll thank me.

I used to love sub zero but this time was bad waited awhile to get the ice cream and my sons barley had any in it and mine was not frozen long enough it was mushy then she redid it waited awhile again and it had no flavor wont be coming back.

The girl working tonight was so kind :) the order wasn’t ready so she made it quickly and made it with incredible skill ☺️ thank you for your kindness.

This experience was...comical at best. Let’s start with the fact that we had a 30+ min wait when there was only one family of four in front of us with two workers(I don’t think I’ve seen anyone work so slowly and look so frantic). Half way through our 2 orders a doordash pickup came in for three pints that they hadn’t yet made. The worker making those orders continued to ask the driver four different specific questions about the order including flavor and mix ins etc, where he would respond, “I don’t know, whatever’s on there”. And then as I was telling the other worker what I’d like for my flavor (Dulce de Leche)—he didn’t know where it was, asked the other coworker who said it wasn’t a flavor and only a topping, so I politely, said it’s a flavor listed right there on your screen, and I got an eye roll and the other worker was told to “just put it in anyway”. This is about 25 min in. My husband asked for his ice cream extra frozen (crunchy frozen) and got it no more frozen than a typical order, and by this time we’d been in there so long, we just wanted to leave. Back to doordash—they were out of lids and asked the driver if that was ok or if he wanted another cup on top. And he again said, “whatever you do so I can deliver it.” Apparently the workers didn’t get the hint from the 4 other questions that he didn’t make the order himself and just wanted to grab it and go. Seems like a location very poorly managed, under stocked, with untrained workers.I won’t be returning to this location—1 star for effort.

That one girl named Alexa is vey good #good would com again ❗️❗️❗️

Ice cream is great but bought a Diet Coke that expired in 2019. Guy working was completely indifferent to the fact he just sold me a soda that was 2 years expired and so old the bright red coke logo was a pale orange.
