Not only was I on the phone with a CEO while working I was harassed. As I packed up and went to leave I told the person interrupting me while working to please never do that again. Then someone sitting at a table told me I’m not welcome anymore. The manager was letting others yell at me and I’m just shocked that I felt extremely uncomfortable. This made me very uncomfortable.
They have literally never gotten my order right and I don’t say anything bc I have bad anxiety, I really can’t have regular milk because I am physically allergic to it and will have horrible pains al over my torso if I have milk, I ALWAYS ask to sub with oatmilk/almond milk, no whip cream, guess what they put, regular milk and whip cream :( they need to take allergies seriously
they don't have good desserts nor good sandwiches nor coffee that taste any good i keep going there has nothing good i stopped going.
Normally I would get Starbucks five stars. Because most of the time they’re very friendly but today which is Friday February 11 and to me sounds like one of the same girls from the other day she is very unfriendly she does not help starting your morning off great. If you were going to be in customer service you need to be happy you can either make or break somebody’s day and hopefully you’re decent and want to make their day
I ordered a cappuccino and they gave me a shot glass of whipped cream. Edit: I just Googled and apparently it's for dogs? Don't give your dogs whipped cream please!
The baristas have always been friendly, though the drive thru is always slow.Today I was disappointed. I pulled into the drive thru just after 7:00am. There were quite a few cars in front of me and the line was moving very slowly. When I got up to order, I sat for a few minutes but nobody took my order. Thinking that the speaker was broken, I pulled up to the window to find the store was closed for some reason. No notice was put up anywhere at the drive thru to indicate change in business hours for today. I am extremely disappointed.
I placed an order through the app and I showed up to pick it up at 8am and they were closed. And there's no way I can get my money back to go to a different Starbucks. SO they have my money and my order and I am left without it. If you're going to change your hours unexpectedly; at least make it UNAVAILABLE to order on the app!!!
I work nearby so I often order online and come pick it up. It’s almost always ready by the time I get there. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes. They do a great job here!
i came through around 11:20 this afternoon and the woman working the headset and window was so kind and nice to speak to. i will be returning to this location in hopes of being graced by her amazing service again.
Sometimes it's hit or miss at this location. This morning I had the best experience with an older batista! She was so patient with my specific orders & patiently made sure it was all right.
