The lady in the drive through was not nice at all... I couldn't believe it - See my post detailing the events. Reading other reviews, sounds like it isn't just my experience!
Your employee at the window today is the most aborent, rude individual. Gave me a flat coke twice with a side of attitude..She could not even count our change back correctly.
This was The worst experience I’ve ever had it a sonic. I went through the drive-through and the girl taking my order was really nice she messed up a couple times but we’re all human and that happens it’s Okay, and we got my order all done and I pull up to the window and they have seem to miss placed my order they had no idea what I had ordered or anything and then the girl that was at the window was being so rude. Her shirt said crew lead and I think it is ridiculous that a crew lead is treating their customers like that. I asked for fry sauce and she said it was in the bag and I looked there was non and she didn’t give me my drink and there was an item missing. So I had to go through the drive through again and I told him what happened and that I forgot to drink and a soft pretzel and they’re like OK both of the window and so I did and the girl at the window said “oh you again.” And I asked for fry sauce once again and she finally gave it to me and then she didn’t even give me my soft pretzel that I asked for that I ordered and paid for and she was extremely rude the entire time. I don’t understand why she couldn’t have just been nice about it. If she was nice I wouldn’t be so upset but this is ridiculous. SHES A SHIFT MANAGER. she should know better.
Not the best customer service, I'm fact a few employees are quite rude. I use to visit sonic frequently but I have chose to no longer visit this location due to my order is almost always incorrect and by addressing it I receive attitude and dirty looks. Sorry sonic cause really, I love ya but clean up the employees manners and customer service and I'll return.
The “Crew Leader” at this location provides horrible customer service. Around 12pm on April 20, 2022, a woman wearing a black shirt with the words “Crew Leader” started to take our order in the drive-thru. She wasn’t speaking clearly in the microphone system. I attempted to order two individual sandwiches, a #2 meal, a large order of tater tots, and corn dog. I wasn’t able to understand much of what she was saying back to me as I placed my order. I asked her twice to read the order back to me before pulling up to the window. She never read back the order, she never asked what kind of drink I wanted for the #2 meal, and she never totals me the total dollar amount of my order. Once she opened the window to talk to me, she just stared at me saying nothing. Didn’t even ask me for my payment. It was as if she didn’t know why I was there. Once again, now face to face with her, I asked the order to be read back to me. With attitude, She read it to me very quickly and in a way that was difficult to understand. From what I could pull from her response, it sounded like there were things missing from the order. As I repeated the order to here slowly, one item at a time, she stood there tapping the computer screen, rolling her eyes, and contorting her lips. Body language that showed that she could care less about our order. At this point I refrained from asking her to repeat my order and trusted her that it was put in correctly. She never told me the total and just gestured for my credit card. Eventually the food was delivered and the only thing in the bags were three individual sandwiches and a corn dog. No drink and fries for the #2 meal and not tater tots. When I asked her about the rest of the order, all she did was say (with attitude) “no, you don’t pay for drink,” she closed the window and started tapping on the screen, she then opened the window and gave me a receipt for only the few items that she did give me. I tried again to ask her about the rest of the order and she showed no interest in resolving or listening to anything. She wouldn’t even recognize the fact that there was an error in the order and that she was willing to correct it. She just wanted me to move on. I’m not sure what “Crew Leader” means at Sonic, but if that means that this woman holds a management position, she needs to be better trained or her employment should be demoted or terminated.
Literally took 40 minutes to get my order. The first time I pushed the button 10 minutes went by and no one took my order and then the button stopped flashing. I pushed the button again and it took them almost another 10 minutes to answer the call to take my order. Another 20 minutes went by before I got my food. The employee was rude and literally waved the bags at me to take, instead of speaking. Worst Sonic ever.
Literally the worst fast food experience ever. I went through the drive thru and ordered quite a bit of food. Two chili cheese dogs, small fry, a large chili cheese tator tot, and a large jumbo popcorn chicken. They gave me a small popcorn chicken and a large tator tot with no chili cheese sauce. I told the lady she got my order wrong and she pulled out the receipt and said that’s not what I ordered and I said well I definitely did not order a small popcorn chicken to feed my two freaking kids. I ordered a LARGE popcorn chicken and large tator tot with chili cheese over the intercom and she looked at me and gave a laugh and said “well idk what to tell you that’s not what it says on receipt” and I said well whoever put the order in did it wrong cause this is not what I ordered over the intercom, is there any way I can upgrade it to a large cause i can’t feed both my kids with this small popcorn chicken. And she made me freaking pay for the large popcorn chicken!! Like are you kidding me?! She put the order in the system wrong she could have taken back the small popcorn chicken and given me my large that I ordered. I’ve worked in the fast food business for 5 years and would never have treated a customer like that. So unprofessional.
One of the best deals in town if you download and use the Sonic app on your phone. They always offer half off drinks with the app and they have a specialty offer each and every day to try different things on the menu. For my visit, I ordered through the drive-thru. There is a definite language barrier for this, but my order was prepared correctly, but not as quickly as I might have hoped. I waited at the pickup window for almost 10 minutes for a simple item ordered without changes.
I really don't like this location. I went through the drive thru on Friday, and I ordered the grilled chicken wrap, soft pretzel, and a cherry vanilla coke with lime. They take forever to me my order, and left out the pretzel, I told them I didn't get it and she says "you didn't pay" I said okay? But I ordered it with my order and I didn't get it" she said "no, you didn't pay" how the hell did I not pay for it when it was on my order?? And they never give me my receipt either.
My experience with this sonic was extremely unpleasant! I ordered a double stuffed Oreo shake and what I got back wasn’t close to what I wanted. When I asked for my order to be changed, the employee (female) threw Oreos on the top of the shake and called it good. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
