Shake was fine but limited options because they didn’t have vanilla base, only chocolate. Burger and chicken nuggets were so incredibly oily, they were hard to eat. Finally just threw the nuggets away as neither myself or my kid could choke them down. Service was good. Definitely a first and last time.
The burger was good and I liked the fries. The strawberry shake was pretty bland. If the prices were normal I think I would like it better. Paying $20 for lunch is a bit steep for fast food. Because of that, I will not be going back. Visited at 1:30 on a weekday. Not very busy. Staff was friendly.
The outdoor seating is great. But the store is always lack of employee, you can’t order online.
First time going here, honestly wasn't impressed by the chicken bites and shake shack sauce. The shake flavors were decent. When we got home, that's when we realized we never received our fries. I would have gone back but they probably wouldn't have believed us. Don't think I'll return based on this experience, it's a bit overpriced too.
A little short staffed so we needed to order online, process was easy and our order was ready in just a few min so that wasn’t bad at all we just hung out in the car while we waited. Food was really good and everyone inside was friendly. I wanted to leave this review because so many people including myself griped a ton when we couldn’t actually go inside and order. I really wanted a burger and a shake and I was happy I went through and just ordered online. Thanks to the employees who were there working today, very pleasant experience.
Very disappointed in the food my husband and I received. The burgers were very thin and over cooked, the pictures show a thick juicy patty. The cheese fries tasted like frozen crinkle cut fries topped with really cheap tasting cheese sauce.The root beer float was $5.69 definitely not worth that price considering taste and not filled at all.Not worth $37 for two people, would've given zero stars if I could.
They are not reliable with their hours. Some nights they would be closed. You would figure it out by now on how to keep it open.

Checked in the app and had to wait for a while. I think they wanted me to come in regardless of the choice I chose. Food was good. It wasn't crazy busy when I went so I was surprised when my order said "finished" but I had to call to get someone to run it out to me. Overall not bad. And the food was good. Remove curbside pick up if you don't want to do it. Don't allow the customer the illusion of choice.
