The food is very good. The service is probably 3 out of 5. Price 0 out of 5, this was my biggest problem with this place. They sell there fountain drinks for four dollars and only give you one refill when they are probably making over 200% profit, so we just got water. Another problem was they charged everyone for none cash payments. I don't like places only out for profit.
5/5 for the food. 2/5 for the service. It's like the workers didn't know what they were doing. Everything still came out good and I really csre more about the good than the service. The Stromboli was super good. I haven't had a ton of Stromboli but the bacon sausage pepperoni was super tasty. The baked ziti was really good. The white cheddar Mac N cheese was fine, I don't recommend, I also didn't order it. The pepperoni pizza was good, what you expect for $6. The breadsticks tasted like plain bread that was a little crunchy, I also don't recommend, and I also didn't order them. Everything my fiancé ordered was mediocre, everything I ordered tasted great.Overall, if you haven't had a stromboli, come and try one, I bet you'll like it more than pizza.
If you are placing a large order do not call it in over the phone. Go online to order. It is somehow cheaper to order online than over the phone which makes no sense. Spent $72 on 4 dozen breadsticks when if you order online it is $36. But if you call and ask why they say they cant do a dozen they can only charge you for the 2. I would have done online but we had to pay cash and that is not an option when placing an online order.
I have always loved Sbarro, haven’t gone to this location too many times but I have always loved Sbarro since I was a little kid, plus it was the only authentic Italian stand in my city lol when I lived in California.
My mom and I bought a small (the only size they have) "premium" salad, it's very small, and the lettuce was wilted and old, and the croutons were soggy. The man who "took" my order was in a black shirt (manager?) with no gloves on with filthy hands, he "took" my order then walked off into the back and didn't come back out til I paid. I stood there and waited and realized no one was even making the salad until I got to the register, and when she starts to make it she didn't know how and was saying "she's only ordering a salad?". When I was paying the cashier was explaining how to use it acting like I've never used a card reader. Another man who was working used common sense and was confused why it was taking so long to ring me and other customers up.
Great customer service! Luis was very friendly and attentive. We had the pizza roll and liked it

Spaghetti is not worth the money. No flavor and over priced. Pizza looked good but seriously over priced. Not worth the money I remember this place years ago an they seemed to have better quality.
Customer service is horrible employees are rude. Very slow they didn’t seem to know what they were doing.Pizza is cold they didn’t even put it in the warmer pizza is disgusting. Read is not much better will never be back to this place
This Sbarro's location is not the best. I purchased a thick crust slice and it had more dough than toppings. The crust was slightly overcooked and there wasn't enough sauce. Also, I felt it was slightly overpriced. I've purchased slices of pizza at other restaurants that offered a better product at a cheaper price. At least their staff was friendly and somewhat accommodating. Overall, not to impressed.
