If I could give zero stars I would. I loooove Rancheritos and usually go to Draper but I live right by this location. I thought I'd give it another try tonight and was reminded why I avoid this location like the plague. Bad service, stale food and portion sizes are half of what you get at other locations. Unfortunately I'll have to make the trip to Draper from now on.
Rancheritos in Layton. By home depot no less. What a great location for them and me.We were greeted warmly And we ordered lunch... the number 8 plate.. Service was quick.The food was delicious And they even wrapped up some pickled jalapenos and carrots To go with.I have been coming to this Rancheritos For a number of years and I have never been disappointed.. Great service great food great location.Thank you Rancheritos !!
I always get the pico breakfast burritos. They are so good and they are giant. They’re pretty cheap also. As a vegetarian I understand that they are not going to clean off the grills that they cook on every time and they also cook meat on there, that is something that I am fine with. What I am not fine with though is almost finding meat in my food that is not supposed to have meat. It is not something that I am asking for them to make special. Many times when I go and get the pico burrito I end up finding meat in there and have to be careful eating it and pick it all out. So other vegetarians beware of this!
It's alright. Meat could use some more flavor and less cabbage/sauce on the fish tacos

Next, it lists a few possible and vague issues you might have and prompts you to push the corresponding number button. - And theN..., it politely urges you to complain somewhere else. ? ? ? ?.._______."..No it takes too long, let me sum up"aking your timeSUMMARY: ONLINE it is listed as Open 24 hours a day, Everyday. But, this location IS NOT.So, for the sake of continued humanity and hungry deceny... Guacamole was like a liquid on chips. The beef burrito was not good. The service was not good either. The rice was good. Just nothing else. The woman at the window could care less. I would avoid
Ordered there hot cheeto fries at this location, opened the food up when i got home and all the fries were raw. Took it back to be re made and they told me No and to deal with it and that if they arent cookes to my liking to through them in the oven at home. Rancharitos is a great place to eat. Just not this location. Who says that to a customer
I normally get the ham and egg breakfast burrito, which has been okay the few times we've been here. However, my boyfriend ordered the carnitas burrito today, they wrote asada on it, but it didn't look or taste like either one. Plus it was super slacking on the guac. Super disappointing! Also, for some reason their green sauce seems watered down at times. Not the worst, but far from the best, Rancheritos location.
Worst customer service ever. Lady there is super rude, yells and raises her voice. The guy is no better. Just pathetic. And then they give you receipt to sign and leave tips. Absolutely not. Food is garbage.
The rice was flavorless. The meat was gross. I've had better at other locations.
