Sandwich Shop Fast Food Salad

This may be the most depressing sandwich shop in the valley. Walked in to a trio of long faces. Unfriendly customer service. The music speaker in the restroom is loud enough to blow one's eardrums. You get a 'free' sub after purchase when you sign up for 'perks.' They won't let you complete your online/app order for the "free" sub unless you leave a tip. It won't allow you to leave a custom tip either. It makes you leave at least 10%. The Wreck sub had one layer of each type of meat. I asked for flatbread. I got wheat. The sandwich is mostly stale bread. I would avoid this place. Let's all hope this one too closes it's doors soon like the rest of them did. Two thumbs down for this mistake of an eatery.

The food was okay, but we stood there for five minutes after walking up to the counter and were completely ignored until I asked if we started the order there or were supposed to go down to the cashier. Without making eye contact I was told that’s where I was supposed to be and then the man curtly took our order. Checking out, it was like a scene from a 00s chick flick where the girl was chewing her gum and looked like we were interrupting something very important to pay for our food. Customer service is abysmal.

Being a potbelly customer for over 2 decades in Chicago, I was glad to see a location near us. However it does not look like there are a lot of locations in this State. I’m sorry Utah but you’re missing out.We stopped by for lunch and I did my usual Veggie Melt on Multigrain w/o Mayo and Mustard. It was an original and it was delicious!I also did a Diet Coke and some Zapp’s Salt and Vin chips to accompany it.It was a clean location and the staff was friendly. I loved seeing the mountains in the background as well! I also love there is a Starbucks next door!

They have great sandwiches and soups and would deserve a 5-star rating if their hours weren't so unfriendly to customers. They never post any change in their hours online; they very rarely answer the phone. And occasionally, like today, they will refuse any order that is not being placed through a third party. I love potbellies, but this location sucks when it comes to availability. You never know if it's open or closed unless you drive there. You can try calling. But even if they are open, they may not answer the phone.

This is hands down my favorite lunch spot. The food is great! The Avo Turkey is delicious! The staff is quick and friendly!

First time in and the sandwich and soup exceeded my expectations. Very delicious and a pretty good deal too!

A couple weeks back I placed an order for delivery to my office. After about an hour the app still showed my sandwich was being made. I called in and the person who answered said my sandwich was on the counter but would be on its way soon. 20-30 minutes later I got a call saying that they were not going to be able to deliver my order. The delivery driver had not shown up for their shift and the doordash rep also did not arrive to pick up my order. The representative was very pleasant and apologetic and said that they would send me an email for a free sandwich. The next week, I placed an order and it arrived in an acceptable timeframe. It was a decent sandwich, and I was pleased with the service, which is why I decided to order from them again last week while at the office.I placed the order on the app. The app said the delivery time was 20-30 minutes. I ended up waiting over an hour and twenty minutes for my food to be delivered. The fact that I had to pay $17 for a cold sandwich, and a delivery that took 5 times as long as it would have to pick it up really irks me. The thing that is the most frustrating is that if the app had said there was a delivery delay of over an hour I still would have ordered, but would have had an accurate estimate of when my food would arrive.I think I’ll go back to the old reliable Subway Sandwiches pick up. It’s a bit of a hassle, but at least the price is fair for the size of sandwich and I know what to expect.

Consistently yummy food and the best shakes! Very impressed with my experience here. Glad they have Potbelly in Utah

Potbelly Sandwich Shop is good! I got a regular turkey sandwich, a cup of mac and cheese, and a drink for $16. The sandwich was very yummy (don’t forget the hot peppers) but I would do a small sandwich next time. They’re pretty dense. I’d also opt for a soup or chips instead of mac and cheese. The mac was fine! Just nothing to write home about. Overall I enjoyed the visit and would be happy to go back again if I was looking for a tasty toasted sub.

Well, never again. You just buying bread for 8$.
