Kudos to this wonderful food place. They helped me patiently through an on-line order, had it cooked and ready on time and it tasted delicious! It was a crowd pleaser at a birthday party. Thank you, Pizza Hut people.
Pizza is always good. Problem was the employee, ordered a pizza for curbside pickup. Had to call for the pizza, employee came out and said since I was paying cash I had to come inside. Excuse was people have said they were not brought correct cash back. To him, I had correct amount with tip, he still refused. I'm disabled and also told him that. No charge. BTW, no other cars or people there!
I ordered online at 5:03 pm and it said they got the order and delivery would be 30 to 45 minutes. It is now 8:40 and nothing has arrived. I have called the stored numerous times (atleast 8+ times) and only got to talk to a person once and they said they were going to be there soon...that was at 7:30. I'm so freaking hungry and this is ridiculous, unless you want frustration and nothing then go to a different location or a different store all togther.
Delivery was 1 1/2 hours after the order was placed and the food tasted like it had been sitting that long before delivering. This is the worst pizza ever!
Our pizza was 2 hours late. Arrived very cold and with the seal on the box broken. When I called the store, the person said he had no drivers and my pizza would be delivered via Door Dash. No apologies about the pizza being 2 hours + late. No apologies when I called back regarding the pizza seal being broken, the pizza and wings being very cold. It was a horrible experience and we did not eat anything.
Pizza hut used to be my favorite take out pizza. The last few times I have ordered had been nothing but problems. The ordering on the phone resulted in a hang up, twice. Finally ended up ordering online which I hate. Delivery took over an hour. Then the toppings were scarce. I had to really look to see the ham. I will use another place from now on.
We ordered a family package deal, ordered one of our pizzas with white garlic sauce. The sauce was too thick and almost room temperature on the inside.
The pizza was ok but not great. The service was less than friendly. I chose curbside pickup and when the guy came out he went to hand us the pizza and said “Here!”. No smile, no thank you, not even a here you go. It could have been the best pizza ever and I would have still walked away with a bad taste in my mouth just because of the unfriendly exchange with the employee.
They were very nice, and almost on time with my pizza. When I got charged more than the price that was listed on the website, they quickly adjusted the price and accepted it without making me feel bad
When I called to place my order the lady that answered was very rude when I asked her why the price was different than the website shetold me that because that was the regular price and she hung up on me.. I ordered on line and when I pick up my order I told the guy that took my payment and he told me " we don't have any gifts, most be in texas" he was as rude, didn't apologize and gave me attitude because I went inside the store and his door bell didn't announce me. They customer service is worse than little Ceasars.
