20 minute wait on most of dishes; I finally asked the order taker what they actually had so I could order. When I got home with my order I found that I had only partially received the correct food, I did eat it, it was ok, I wasn't driving 15 minutes back to have it fixed. The order taker seemed uninterested in taking our order, and even less interested in getting my order correct.
The only location that never has the dine in open lazy poor customer service and is very lucky the owner Andrew won’t visit this location I highly recommend Panda Express of any location except for this one!!!
Hit or miss on service and portion sizes here. Probably 2out of every 5 visits here they forget part of the order, which would be okay, but a lot of times the staff is standoffish about fixing the problem. Pros: the drive thru makes for a quick way to get dinner, cons: you may or may not get your whole order and the staff may or may not be friendly and customer service oriented, also they may sit you on portion sizes so you only get half scoop of certain items
I went through DT it was way busy but worth it. Food was very fresh staff was very professional and friendly. And price was fair. Only problem was they forgot the fortune cookies :( kids were sad as was I :/ Thanks for the great service and food though ????
Pretty lackluster experience. This location seems to be running random hours. The website and google both reported this location opening at 10. I arrived at 1039 and was told they would they wouldn’t be ready to open for 10-20 minutes. I came back after 11. After waiting several minutes to receive my food, I was handed a pile of items with no bag. The did not include the sauce for my chicken. When I opened my meal the chicken was black and burnt. Disappointed.
Ordered 2 plates. They completely missed a whole entire side. Yes, it was very busy, they had me pull up around the side and wait. Okay that’s fine. I look at my receipt and realize they put white rice instead of fried rice, I did in fact ask for fried rice. I go inside to tell them it was a mistake. They fix that mistake no problem but they still miss the beef and broccoli??? A whole entire side just missing?? They’re usually really good and on top of their game so I’m just kind of confused why they forget the beef and broccoli after fixing the fried rice….
This panda is literally the worst Panda ever. They are slow they don't understand how to use their survey coupon and the order is always wrong
Today through the drive through the lady taking orders was very rude. I know the previous car took longer but when you get in a bad mood don’t take it on others. When I reported to the drive through person he said he would talk it over, but then said they were short staff. Managers should treat their staff nice so they’re nice to customers otherwise why run a business if your staff is always unhappy.
They were out of alot of stuff we ordered sweet and sour chicken they gave us some kinda of spicy chicken took long time
As ever the quality of food is essentially the same as all other Panda Express locations and is pretty consistent from day to day. The Chinese food is decent and food value for money with good size portions.One thing to note is that it gets really busy between 6pm and 7pm so you’ll experience a bit of a wait to order if you walk in or drive through. Your best option is to order online to pickup and generally your wait time will be a lotLess. As at time of writing you can dine in again.
