It started with Mel, she realized we were on a schedule to go to a play. We had 9 people and she went out of her way to make we got seated promptly. Then Alex our waiter was fabulous, very attentive to all our needs. The food was great as usual but it was the waiter and the hostess that made for a wonderful dinner with extended family. Thank you!!
I called to reserve a table and was told the only way was to go online and get on the wait list so I went ahead and did that and I waited in the parking lot till it was about time for me to be seated then I went into the restaurant to be informed that the 25 minutes I've been waiting in the parking lot didn't count because the wait time starts when you check in even though you're already on the wait list so then they told me to be another 20 to 30 minutes over 45 minutes later after watching two parties who came in after me be seated I went back to the hostess and lodged a complaint. They got me to a table and my server was very attentive but my pasta lacked sauce and was dry. My entire experience was just a total disappointment other than my server
They need to be better organized when seating people . We waited over an hour to be seated and while we were waiting I notice a Latino girl with long black hair her name is Paula she was seating people she obviously knew because she was talking to them in Spanish . I noticed she sat 5 groups of people that they were there after us . She was just walking by us ignoring or not even asking anything. After an hour waiting I had to go ask the host about how much longer asked for my name and told me we were next in line . After I told her we were waiting for an hour she acted surprised and we got seated right after . So if you are a just a couple don’t go to this location or be prepared to wait over an hour and be ignored . I have to say after we got seated I told my waitress about we waiting over an hour she apologized and took our order right away and she made our experience better. Her name is Charlee she is great and very efficient. Also a guy with two kids came into the restaurant right after we did he was seated right after he didn’t even wait 5 minutes and that’s because every worker there knew him because they were all talking to him. So when they say first come first serve is a lie . They should say if we know you you get to be seated first . So people keep that in mind as well.
Had to update from 4 months ago. Service was great last time but not this time. 45 minute wait really for 2 people? Had to talk to the front hostess as they had people who came in after us being seated. Once our name was called, the person who seated us was not nice at all, did not greet us and when I said thank you , no response. Our waitress was nice and apologetic about our weight but it was not her fault. We come here cause of the convenience and service we had in the past but think this will be our last time coming here. Will go to another location next time.
My son and I came here for lunch. We walked in and it smelled like raw sewage. We then were seated and it felt and smelled so awful like it had never been disinfected or cleaned in years. Clearly the carpet needs to be cleaned. It had a very dirty smell like years of spilt drinks and dirty little kid fingers all over everything. We LOVE Olive Garden. This is where we celebrate our family’s birthdays and have since I was a child. But this location is truly disgusting. It was really sad to me. I’m not sure if it is management or maybe the effects of low staffing from COVID…but if you are going to keep your business open then you should make sure to do the most basic of skills…clean it properly. The hostess was darling and I could tell embarrassed when I told her we were leaving. She sat us in a different location and it was still disgusting. Not her fault, but clearly something needs to be done or it’s a matter of time before this location will go out of business. Never ever have I left a restaurant because of uncleanliness. Yuck!!!!
Just had soup and salad. The water glass had lettuce stuck on it. The soup was watered down minestrone. The salad was good, had to ask for pepper and cheese on the salad. Listening to FOX news on my cell phone was asked twice to turn if off. Not loud, not obnoxious just listening to the news.Lousy food, Lousy service, Crazy people!!Avoid this Olive Garden. RG
Our server Joe was incredible. He went above and beyond for us and made our night so special. Food was well prepared, on time, and delicious!
Me and my family love to come here to sit down and eat whenever we are celebrating something. Their breadsticks are amazing, and we seriously love them so much. They always do such as great job on our food and the staff is always so nice.
We had the nicest server ever! Her name was Alexis and she seriously was one of the best servers ever. I got the Asiago tortellini with Alfredo sauce and chicken and it was delicious-quite large portions but I eat them as left overs. Their raspberry lemonade was syrupy sweet but not terrible. Overall very good experience.
We waited for an hour and a half after arriving and being told the wait would be 45 minutes. We had a large group (10 plus a toddler), but several groups nearly our size (4 groups of 8 and several more of 5, 6 and 7) that arrived after us were seated before us.Rather than splitting our group into 2 tables like we had suggested early on as well as periodically, they insisted that they needed to wait for a specific table for us.There were plenty of employees standing around at various times to make the lack of communication and accommodation surprising to say the least. They offered us water finally after we requested it but then never brought it out. They told us at one point they would be seating us right away and we waited another 10 minutes before seating us at an unwashed table and dirty utensils.I’m not sure what the decision making protocol or training is like, but after several discussions with the staff there was very little in the way of accommodations.
