Ocean Ice catered our work party. Every person that I spoke to complimented them on how soft and smooth the ice was. The employees were very nice and worked quickly. Highly recommend their catering!! It was a great experience for us. Definitely worth the extra money for the ice cream and sweetened condensed milk ??

I went to ocean ice last night and was very impressed with the service. The two girls there (I believe their names were Emma and Emily) were very friendly and accommodating even though it was busy and they seemed short handed. I also really enjoyed the snow. The cream is free here which is a huge plus. The snow was very fine. The amount of syrup that was used was perfect. I highly recommend this snow shack.

Ocean Ice did a fantastic job at our company event. We requested for 500 people with ice cream and cream on top (very highly recommended to get this). Their staff showed up on time, set up, quickly moved through the queue to serve everyone, checked to see if we wanted to do a last call for people to get one, and left without a trace. Our guests loved it as well, with many people saying it was the best shaved ice they've ever had. I highly recommend them, and will add that Godzilla is my favorite flavor they offer.
They did a wonderful job at our wedding open house for our son. The shave ice was great, the service was great, the attitude was great.
