The food is mainly hit and miss at this location... I always have to order extra sauce because it's always dry...And if anyone is planning on doing a curbside pickup, don't. They never bring it out. The first time, I clicked the "I've arrived" button and I sat in my car for 10 minutes (I even showed up *after* the time my order was estimated to be done because of traffic). I tried calling but the phone just rang. There was absolutely no one in their parking lot so I just went in. I really didn't want to since I had a mild cold at the time. My order was sitting on the pickup counter and there was 4 employees behind the counter just cleaning and talking... I tried a few more times with curbside and it's always the same thing. The employees are pretty nice though, just need to pay more attention to who has curbside and when they arrive...
I watched an employee put fresh spinach in someone's dish with her bare hands and then go and touch things beyond the register. And if that's how she operates then who knows if her hands were even clean when she touched the spinach. I'm not one to leave comments like this but, I've worked in food service and even outside a pandemic, that's not clean. My penne Rosa didn't come with spinach on it which I'm kind of thankful for after seeing what I saw but I wasn't consulted about it. And it was very dry with next to nothing in it besides noodles. Very few tomatoes and mushrooms.Man, I should have read the reviewers.
Stopped by with a couple co-workers for a quick bite. Unfortunately, we never even got to order. Lobby was closed. And ordering online to eat inside our cars didn’t sound too appealing. Watched a handful of other people pull up and in-turn end up driving away as well. Hard to believe that so many businesses just don’t care anymore. And how they afford to stay in business, I’ll never understand.
We have been to Noodles & Co. a while ago and liked it. Now not so much. We just went tonight and did not care for it and the portions were so small. I ordered a large bowl and it came half full. For $9 I expected a good sized portion, not a kids meal portion. My wife new exactly what I was thinking when I saw it. We won't be back!
Worst experience at a restaurant I’ve had. Waited in line for 15 minutes and then the VERY RUDE manager kicked everyone out who was in line. Complete waste of time. I understand having a busy night, and having a lot of orders, but making 10 people in line wait for 15+ minutes just to ORDER???? And then after saying you can’t serve them? Unacceptable. Go to any other Noodles and Company. Don’t go to this one. I’ve had nothing but negative experiences here.
This has to be the absolute worst run restaurant I have ever been to. 10 plus people waited in the lobby ready to order for 15 minutes without any service, the staff members never even turned around. The only thing a staff member ever did was tell us they could not take our orders. The manager was rude to customers who were understandably upset being they closed 35 minutes early. The staff seemed incompetent in completing orders and in communication as a team. Management needs to consider re-evaluating their employees at the sandy location and take necessary actions. Very disappointed in noodles & company as a whole.
I swear Noodles and Co used to be good. I came here hoping they had the Mac and cheese with bbq pulled pork and they didn’t. I’m sure due to the pandemic. But from the second I walked in the door this place smelled Classic Fun Center. Like the carpets have never been cleaned and the garbages were all chuck full over filling even though there was nobody here. The worker was nice but the food was just subpar. I almost walked out after I walked in. Now I wish I had.
Came here today and ordered to dine in. Only 3 other customers were in the restaurant. It took over an hour to get my food made. The employees were making to-go orders that were coming in instead of making orders based on who ordered first. When we asked the employees why it was taking so long, we couldn’t get a straight answer and one man in particular was very snarky and had an extremely bad attitude.
Short staffed due to COVID which is a pretty common thing but these guys put priority on to-go orders which means if you are dining in, you can expect a 45-60 minute wait for your food. Time stamp on the receipt says 4:37pm. It is now 5:17pm and they have not gotten the order for the people in front of me in line.
Didn't think this little restaurant could have such a great vibe. Not bad for a good spot for hangouts and good food.
