Excellent selection of small plates that combine to make a delicious combination of tastes and cuisines. Of note we’re the miso soup, scallops and lamb. Add in a sushi bar and an interesting selection of wines and spirits an you have a must visit restaurant.
Ordered sushi online. When we arrived to pick it up, they told us that the online order isn't recognized through a certain website. We ordered take out while there. They said it would take 15-20 minutes so we sat and grabbed an appetizer while we waited. It ended being an hour wait. Didn't think too much of it until we got home. The following pictures is what came out of the experience. They literally gave us 1 of each tempura vegetable. For $10?? We've eaten there a couple times and had good experiences so we were disappointed tonight. Please do better for how much you are charging.
The owner is the head chef so you can bet the food comes out right. All of the staff are extremely helpful and it's a great dining experience. Amazing sushi and tapas!!
I’ve been in to eat and also just recently joined for their sushi class!This place is 10/10 and I highly recommend anyone come to eat or partake of their class.Soy was our instructor and he was insightful and delightful to learn from. Plus he’s got a good humorous routine to his class that puts you at ease while learning.I was able to snag a deal through Groupon, highly recommend going through that process for a discount.In regards to their menu and general eating experience you can taste the quality and passion behind their food. Highly recommend!
This place was wonderful. The small plates were fantastic, and the sushi was probably some of the best I’ve ever had. You’ve gotta try the pork belly and the Callisto roll!!Our server Oscar never let us down when it came to recommendations, or checking on us throughout the meal. He was very knowledgeable about what we were eating or how it was prepared. His knowledge of the menu really added to our dining experience.My wife and I live 2400 miles away, otherwise we’d be here once a week at least. You owe it to yourself to try this place out for your next date night.
Great place with a very interesting and creative menu. Service was excellent and the place is very clean and inviting.
Mahi entree was less than 2 tablespoons of fish. I've had larger pieces of fish in one slice of a sushi roll. I was hungrier when I left than when I started. I stopped at bandits for a burger before I drove home. Unbelievable ripoff. I can't believe other customers gave it a favorable review. This is the first time TripAdvisor has given me poor advice.
Fresh, creative and fun sushi rolls. Great staff and atmosphere. The place was packed, you need to make a reservation on the weekends or you might be turned away. Going back for sure.
My wife and I came here for Valentines Day and had a great time. The food was amazing! The baked muscles where the show stopper. Even my wife who doesn’t love shellfish was blown away. Definitely will be back again. Highly recommended!
I was very impressed by food and service. The hostess was very welcoming and helped waitresses with tables and orders. Place is small and you probably will wait to be seated but it’s worth it 100%. Fresh food, good selection, diverse courses, great wine. Very much recommended.
