We ordered our food and it came out rather quickly. The only problem was that the sandwich that my wife ordered had mold all over the bread… I get it things happen. When we took it back to get another one the lady apologized however nothing else happened. I am not expecting free food for life, but at least a gift card or something to make up for the inconvenience. The food was so so not the best, not the worst. Let’s just say I could make the same thing at home for significantly less.
West valley storeI can not believe how bad it was. I had a turkey and cheese. The cheese was hardly melted and the turkey was that cheap extra thin “meat” and it tasted horrible. Just having the cheese was good but I can make a better grilled cheese at home. The options were sad and k don’t see why I would pay over $8 for that. The only redeeming thing were the french fries and fry sauce. Don’t waste your money.
I settled on the Short Rib Melt for my first ever Melty Way Sandwich. The sandwich was fairly sweet from the sauce. But it was a good lunch. The bread was nice and crispy and not soggy. The cheese wasn't super melty. Fries were good too. The wait time was appropriate as well. I realized after I was never asked but I also didn't add that I really wanted it to go. So it came out on a normal paper plate. I did end up having to ask for a bag to take the other half home for later.
Our family has long loved Melty Way—their sandwiches have never let us down. Most recently we had some some Local Influence offers so we jumped at the chance to get some of their grilled cheeses. The fajita—a special—was hands down one of the BEST grilled cheese sandwiches I’ve ever had. The service was quick, and my sandwich came out piping hot. No complaints. You must try it!
Their sandwiches are yummy (especially the chicken avacodo one!) if you go around lunch time it is a great atmosphere in the mall!

Best grilled cheese I've ever had. So many selections for the whole family. Definitely recommend!
Decent grilled cheese. The cheese wasn't super melty but they were pretty generous with the bacon on my turkey bacon sandwich. The bread was perfect.Went to location in valley fair mall food court.
I tried meltyway for the first time today, ended up spending $18 on two sandwiches which for started is a little expensive but understandable for a quality meal. I received quite the opposite. The sandwich I received look not even remotely similar to the item I had chosen from the menu. I’m extremely upset with the meal and would like a refund. Please direct me to rhe right source or please link your CEO,s info so I can explain my issue to who it may concern. Thank you for wasted time and money.
It was my first time here And my experience at this place is well… the worst place on earth. Their french fries it’s so gross and the sandwiches are like a 5 year old made it. The only good thing I can say about this place is the soup is okay.
