Fast food is fast food.This location has consistently fallen below par of the standard found at other McDonald’s.The happy meal toy is always behind or completely not even the current set, which is upsetting to my kids.The tea is weak, and disappointing.
Went through the drive-thru they got my order correct however i had ordered 4 drinks and saw that they had handed them to the car infront of mine. The drinks where in that car for a minute before handed them back. When I got up to the window and I asked them if they would remake those drinks as I had seen them go in and out of the car in front of me the cashier barely spoke English and got the manager I asked the manager a Hispanic male if he could remake the drinks real quick. That manager needs to be fired. He had the worst attitude I have ever seen as I was very polite being in this industry for 20 plus years i know how it is. There is no reason or call for that attitude once so ever I hope that you guys see this and take it seriously
Pulled around and ordered. Not a complicated one, 2 menu items. Get to the window and the girl asks if my order was something. I tell her no and repeat my very simple order. She asks again if it was the same thing she asked the first time. I reply no, and tell her my order again. She again asks if my order was the first thing she asked again. I politely tell her what my order was. She asks again if it was the first thing she told me. Like, is it that hard to realize that what you're trying to give me is not what I ordered, and what I am telling you my order is, is actually what I ordered? This location is the WORST one ever. The morning crew is great, the evening crew is literally the worst. If you want your order to be wrong come here. They'll at least meet your expectations then.
quite literally the worst mcdonald's ever. asked 3 seperate times for their limited time mcflurry and they gave me an oreo mcflurry, then after that i told the lady it wasnt the correct order and she took the mcflurry back only to give me another oreo mcflurry? so whatever, i dont try again with these people, but then i get home to find out they've tiven me cheeseburgers when i asked for hamburgers??????? and they were even wrapped in the hamburger wrapping?????? seriously? what the hell even is this sad excuse of a mcdonald's. work harder. i dont care you're getting paid minimum wage and working in fast food. get a different job if you're going to be THIS BAD AT IT.
Came to this location after making sure they would be open. I drove up to their drivethru and started looking over the menu. I noticed they hadn't said anything, so I said "hello?", and kept looking at the menu. After many attempts and about 10 minutes trying to get anybody's attention I started using my horn. So I laid on my horn for a bit. Got very frustrated and drove up to the drive up window, saw a lady inside and tried to get her attention, which included yelling and more honking. Could obviously see that they were open, and the female employee but that she was completely ignoring me. I drove back to the menu and continued honking and yelling "HELLO???". After that I drove away.ABSOLUTELY DONT even try this location, they don't believe in customer service, I went to a different location and was served immediately! This other location even gave me the number for corporate to report this store.
My kids begged me to get breakfast from here (why? I have no idea...), and the order was missing items, not correct, and as a result I was overcharged. I called to let them know their team had made some mistakes, and I could not understand the manager at all (speaking too fast with a very heavy accent), and she hung up on me when I told her I was not able to understand her.TLDR: This place sucks, and the management team doesn't care. It's McDonalds, so expectations should be low, but they failed to even meet that.
Tried them again this morning. Got my order wrong again. Will not be giving this one another try. The line was short. 2 stars because of speed. Accuracy though needs some work.
Ya know, not one cashier spoke a word to me or even bothered to greet or see if I needed help with their non lobby open selves. You know who made the biggest difference? That man cleaning up everything and de-sanitizing all the handles and surfaces. Feel terrible for not getting his name, but I'll tell you right now I won't forget him. Not only did he check on me I'm pretty sure now he's the only employee in the building who spoke, mind you I was there for hmm idk, an hour?. If it wasn't for Senór Sir I'll call him. I'd have a lot more to say and not one thing good. What happened to basic customer service?
I was in the drive thru and I ordered an large caramel iced coffee and I told them to charge me for a lot of extra caramel which they did but when I received my drink it had maybe 2 shots of caramel when they charged me for 10. I went back around and explained to the drive thru that I wasn’t satisfied with my coffee and before I could tell them that I wanted it fixed the drive thru person got defensive and rude with me and told me they added the 10 shots. It turned into an argument when they should have just apologized and said they would fix it but no I had to ask for the manager. When I got to the window I explained to the manager the situation and without a word she handed me the bottle of caramel to add more which if I’m not mistaken is a health code violation especially because of COVID 19. I declined and told her that I no longer wanted it And I just wanted a refund and that I was willing to give the coffee back and to my surprise she gave me attitude as well and she aggressively half yelled at me that she needs my card and receipt and said fine whatever as she walked away. Once my refund was processed she gave me my receipt and card back without looking at me or saying a word and walked off with pure attitude. I was pretty annoyed and upset when I left and I later found that they barely gave me napkins and no sauce for my breakfast burrito. I will never come back to this location. I was nothing but nice until they argued with me and gave me attitude. Just absolutely disrespectful.
Everytime i come to this McDonald's there is always something missing or it tastes horrible. I go to this location because it's the closest to me. I am recovering from a surgery I just had and decided to use a delivery service for McDonald's. They skipped the sauce as usual and then completely shorted me on fries in my kids meal. I called and the guy didn't even offer to make it right. What a crock. I guess I will be going to a different location next time. I thought the McDonald's on 5600 west and 5400 south was bad... I stand corrected. Wish I could give them 0 stars!
