Made the mistake of choosing this McDonald's location, VERY busy with the two fight for position drive through lanes. Got behind a pickup with soccer mom and a brood of small children. Soooo many choices must have been first visit to a McDonald's. Get up to window and my special order, Quarter Pounder, person at window blurts "pull upfront to space 1" slams window. I barely understand what she even said. I get my order and drive off. I kick myself because I didn't check my order. No straw no spoon for my sunday. Burger was good fries were cold and not salted. Why did I not go to DelTaco!?
This location is fantastic. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. They have diet Dr. Pepper and their Diet Coke is the best.
Went during rush hour. Manager was great! We had an error on our receipt and he credited the difference. Then I noticed the fries were low and he gave us a free small fry! Made us very happy! Highly recommend this location!
This is my go-to McDonald's. Always super quick and they rarely get an order incorrect. Plus, I love that they still have sausage burritos (cheap, quick lunch) even after breakfast hours are over. The place is usually super clean inside with the same quick service.
I got there at 9 and the staff seemed pretty sad and beat, I understand the short staffing making it hard to have good spirits, but it's not impossible. There was some issues with the speaker box, not sure what happened other than the lady taking my order just stopped talking and then became really quiet. Just sound more enthusiastic and then you'll make everyone's experience more pleasant.
This location messes up orders like it’s a sport. I asked for no cheese on a sandwich, they even printed out the sticker that says not cheese, put it on the wrapper. But, still put cheese on it. This was not the first time I fact it was the 3rd time they have don’t something like this. Please improve training.
There is a manager thats full on tattoos that blatantly ignores in-store customers and when asked why he won't hell them, his reply is "if you want help get in line in the drive thru." This manager needs to go before he ruins all repeated customers. At least 5 other businesses in the shopping center will not eat here again before of him. Worst hire ever.
I was just at this McDonald’s today at 2:17. The guy that took my order was really rude and basically acted like I was dumb when I ordered my iced coffee that I always order and never have an issue. All I got was the large iced Carmel coffee and a large iced mocha with no whip cream. I always get a large iced Carmel coffee with extra Carmel and have never had an issue ordering it before. When I pulled up after paying to get my order they hand me a large iced mocha with whip cream and a large hot coffee with Carmel and extra Carmel. When I told them that that was not what I ordered the two young girls looked at me and argued with me that it wasn’t what was ordered. The guy that took my order was a young guy with short hair and was wearing a black beanie and the one girl that handed me my order was wearing a black sweater that looked like there was Christmas decorations on it. I’ve never ever had this problem there before but I’ll never go back.
This is THE best McDonald’s. The fries always come out perfectly hot and the food just always tastes so good. And they are fast! Today my husband forgot to check that everything was in the bags until he got home and they had left off a sandwich (it happens) and we couldn’t get back until tonight to get the sandwich we paid for. The employee (I think manager) was so kind and brought us the sandwich himself and even brought out an apple pie. Such a well managed McDonald’s!
They did it again. Idk why they can’t just give you the fries you paid for. How hard is it to scoop fries into a box? I didn’t order a medium size soggy fries in a large box people. Figure it out!!
