Guys... When you ask someone if they want sauce, and they tell you that they do, and you don't provide it, it makes the experience pretty lame. Not shocking. I think I get a correct order about 30% of the time at any McDonald's. Nearly the worst service. The owner of this location and the 700 east location are family, and the resemblance is pretty spot on in the type of service they provide. The 700 east location never gets orders right. Never. And they don't care either.
"...they couldn't get an order right, to save their lives..."Old duffer mumbling to himself as he walked his drive through order back into the store to get his missing items.Upon getting my order I was missing my golden hash brown.(Rest home sigh)
I will keep the details simple. 20 chicken nuggets were served completely raw and management did nothing about it. They looked normal on the outside and that was good enough for them. They offered “a couple free sandwiches instead” as compensation, which I declined, and was given $5 back on my $26 dollar order. The photos show how they looked perfectly fine on the outside. Use caution at this location is my only advice.
The great thing about McDonald's is that even though it's not great food, you're never disappointed because you have low expectations and it's cheap. So, overall, you'll always have a decent experience. Drinks for $1 keep me coming back.
The food was made to order and hot delivery, and the customer service was up to par, today.Thank you for upbeat customer service. And the hot well-made cook to order food. It is appreciated.
We ordered our food and forgot to ask for waters, we went back thru the drive thru to get waters and they said they had to charge us because we didn't order anything with it. I showed them the bags of food we just purchased and they said they still couldn't give us the waters. Even though the waters were in her hands and ready to go they said we had to pay for them or come inside to get them.
Horrible experience. We should have know when the kid taking our order was rude. We were ordering for our grandkids, 2 PLAIN Fish sandwiches emphasis on PLAIN. And two deluxe chicken sandwiches. We told him again before we drove to the window “PLAIN” on the fish sandwiches! His response, “ya”.We get to the window and when the woman passes us the bag with the our order we asked if they were PLAIN fish sandwiches. She said that ‘they should be’. We get home. Boxed say PLAIN, but opening them they had cheese! Our grands wouldn’t eat that nasty American cheddar. The ‘deluxe’ chicken sandwich had a pickle, no sauce, no tomato as shown in the photo. It was extremely overcooked and both buns were burnt. This was at 1:30 in the afternoon and wasn’t busy.Don’t think we’ll be visiting this McD’s again!
My family and I were shocked at the poor customer service at this location. As we were taking our order at the counter, the lady immediately answered her headset to take a drive through order and completely ignored us. The only other worker available was the manager and so she took our order.Secondly, the lobby is gross. I mean yeah, it’s a fast food restaurant but come on at least clean it up so it’s decent. The worker who had that job just sat around on his phone instead of cleaning up the large spill on the ground that almost made somebody slip and fall.Other than that, the food was fine.
It’s actually impressive how badly they screw up the order every time. I sometimes go to this location (closest restaurant to me) and get a very simple order which they get wrong. I’ve tried it at the counter, drive-through, as well as using the app. 80-90% the order is wrong for a very simple hamburger that is completely plain.
I went through drive thru on 10/7/21 at 9pm. We told the guy at drive thru our order 4 times and it was still wrong. I asked for an Egg McMuffin combo meal and to substitute the drink for a shake (which I’ve done several times) instead of putting it in a combo, he charged me separately for each. I told him 4 times no ham on the McMuffin, and when I opened it at drive thru to check, they put ham on it. We told him we wanted to pay in 2 separate orders, but he charged everything on one order. We then told him we’d pay $20 in cash and the rest on a credit card. He charged everything on the card. When we came home they also shorted us a Big Mac.
