Ordered online got a confirmation through email. They called me but didn't say anything when I said hello so hung up. Then received a text saying that I could order through text after I put a order in online. Tried calling them twice but no answer. Guess ill just order dominos. Terrible online ordering experience. Had to find out my order was canceled when I tracked my order after my estimated delivery time.
Ordered a pizza at 820 pm on Monday 4-18, at 955 I had to drive to the store after sitting on hold for 25 minutes then being hung up on. I was told they had a rush of orders, and that it was out for delivery and would be there in 5 mins. couldn't even explain why my pizza that was ordered 1.5 hours ago and promised in 38 mins, hadn't been delivered. Requested a refund... it is now 15 minutes after getting home and still NO PIZZA !!! Horrible service, horrible managment.. WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FEOM THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY !!!!!
The BBQ chicken pizza is unequivocally delectable and without a doubt, bussin,, Schmitty's service was impeccable and I suggest that a raise be given to him for his superior work ethic.
I've ordered pizza for pick up from this location a few times now and feel my review is valid.Not once have I been disappointed, on the contrary they have exceeded my expectations every time.The latest pizza order was a custom order done on line with extra sauce, extra cheese and all. When I got home and was able to get a good look at it and sit down with a couple of slices I was very pleased.Bravo Marco's Pizza!
Love their pizza and wings, and usually prepared on time. I have not had good experience with attentiveness at their pick up window.
My husband and I ordered delivery here but the order was cancelled due to no drivers, so we said we would come get it. There was only a single worker there, Nicolas. I’m not the type to just like anything. I usually have criticism…so I’m not joking when I say that this was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in years! This kid deserves a raise!! Everything was perfect…Marcos…seriously, this guy made the Perfect pizza. Thank you Nicholas
Best Pizza for Best Korean of Best Korea. So good. Kim like. So good. Eat all the time, all other pizza is like Fake Korea in comparison, so terrible that even the concept of it belongs in the trash and all Humans should unite under the great Supreme Leader Kim Jong-Un to destroy it.
The Pizza is a bit expensive, but we always shop with a coupon. Normally we like the pizza, but there have been a few occasions that the pizza wasn’t as good. They frequently mess up on something small, like the crust topper or when asked to cut into 16. Once they forget an entire topping on a 2 topping pizza.The last pizza was the worst cut job ever. Even Little Caesars cuts their cheap pizzas way better than this.
We used to love their pizza and we’ve kept giving them a chance to prove they can still make a decent pizza. Not any more. It’s turned into the worst slop imaginable of anything trying to pass as a pizza. Save your money and your time. Buy a frozen pizza at the store, toss the pizza and eat the cardboard. It will taste better, have better ingredients and save you money.
We love your pizza and I would have given you 5 stars but you really need to learn how to cut pizza. It’s a good thing i don’t have OCD. This is pretty ridiculous. My 5 year old could have done better.
