A little bit of a wait but everything was good and they were pleasant
I love Little Ceasars crazy bread! But the last handful of times, I've been to this one, their crazy bread is always burned and hard. Then tonight was the last straw. Not only was it overcooked and hard, but it didn't even have any of the garlic powder sprinkled on it. So annoying and disappointing
I was kind of a fussy customer. Benjamin, who helped me, was so polite and so genuinely kind! I appreciated this type of service very much. Thank you. My experience with this location was exceptional. Thanks Little Caesar's and thanks Benjamin!!!
If I could rate this store even lower I would. They have the worst service, the employees don't care about anyone, and management is pretty much a joke. The pizza is always old, dry, and just not even worth eating. Plan on being disappointed and wasting your money if you go to this location.
Pizza tasted like it was days old. Burnt. Cold. I took it back and asked if they could make me a decent pizza and the girl at the window said no, their pizza oven wasn't working (I am getting this almost everywhere I go lately)So I asked for my money back and she could have cared less.
2nd time our pizza hasn’t been cut all the way through… then bit into my first piece of pepperoni and a HUGE BLACK HAIR was in my mouth!!! Called to get my money back and the phone just keeps ringing… and ringing… and ringing… this is a final GOODBYE.
Their food is never consistent. You don't know if it will be cooked way over done or just ok. They almost always mix up the order. You think I would Learn to check my order before I leave! They must be cutting back on spending, the bread sticks had very little buttery garlic on them. They were plain tasteing. The pizza had very little sauce and cheese on it. Tons of bubbles in the crust so you got very little pepperoni. I know their prices went up, all prices have gone up through the city. I wish my paycheck went up. I know they usually are inconsistent with their food but the drive up works for my kids. They are nice and have good prices. I wish they were better at cooking. I can eat my own bad cooking.
Absolutely the worse Caesars around!! From start to finish.they never answer the phone and if you order online you have to pre pay... um ill never prepay there after the first 3 times of them messing up the orders. This says a lot about the owner, they obviously don't care if they have all these bad reviews and nothing changes.
Just leaving this review so the owner knows the employees don't bother to EVER answer the phone.
The employees try their best, but management/ownership is clueless and don’t seem to care in the least. There’s never any consistency (see photo), there are rarely more than 2-3 employees, and nothing ever improves. Plan to spend at least 30 mins here.
