This place is well worth their incredibly cheap pricing, especially in quantity. Perfect for large gatherings like family reunions or a small child's birthday party. There was a wide variety of sodas, pizza, and fun bread.The customer service was excellent. While I only interacted with one person, he was patient, nice, and efficient, even though we took time ordering.The place itself was clean. There were no bathrooms.Come into this place expecting cheap, fast, and good but obviously unhealthy food and it will be a great experience.
Horrible pizza and even worse customer service. Ordered the “Bestest” Italian Sausage pizza that costs $7.99 because of the extra sausage, the regular sausage is $5.99. The pizza we received had even less sausage than the regular $5.99 pizza. Went to the location and asked for another pizza, the manager and employee ganged up on me and refused to fix the issue. I showed them the picture of what the Extra pizza looks like online, they were mocking in their tone and said “Well, that’s just advertising.” They refused to do anything about it. Will NOT be returning here again.
We tried to call and order for pickup but no answer called 3 time no answer so got there went in to order no customers inside phone was ringing and ringing and I ordered and I ask the 3 young men's if phone broken he side no they didn't answer because they were dealing with walk-in customers. I said what ever we out to wait for in my vehicle then those 3 young grabbed pizzas for themselves and left that's why they didn't answer the phone they were going home good luck with your business because those 3 young men are ruining it
I ordered the extra most bestest italian sausage pizza and they gave me what looks like a cheese pizza with a little bit of sausage. I talked to the manager and showed him the picture of the pizza in their website and he said that it is just an advertisement and i should not believe anything on the website. I was surprised to hear that from a manager. It is false advertisement if they do not follow what is in their website. I will not come back to this store anymore. Very poor customer service.
Favorite Little Caesar's in the valley. The food is fast, the service excellent, and the pizza even better. Shout out to Maleek, who made my day with his excellent customer service today.
In this pizzeria there's a boy who works on Friday nights, I don't know his name but he wears glasses and he was the cashier last night. He's so disrespectful with us, I'm totally against bullying and I don't accept this kind of attitude from anyone, Bullying can cause depression and even deaths. The world is already full of hatters, It's very sad to see a person with this kind of attitude working in this store.
Just had the worst customer service I’ve ever had at this place. Jayden was very disrespectful and rude. Do not come here, if you want pizza pay a little more and go to domino’s!!
This location really sucks they have very poor customer service and don't start your order till you get to the store and make them do there job.. there is no point in ordering ahead if you have to sit and wait for your food anyway. Very disappointed, they also start another task the second you get to the counter as if they don't even see you.
