We’ve gone a few times (lunch and dinner) and have always been happy with the food we’ve ordered. It has become a family favorite for Monday nights when we can go and do the build-your-own mac n cheese for only $6. It’s one of the last affordable places to feed the family…assuming you do the mac. We’ve tried a variety of combinations and have always been happy with what we’ve ordered. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the Chile Verde Mac was. Be careful about ordering garlic as one of the veggies because it comes out pretty strong. Other people I’ve been with have liked the fish & chips, the Philly, etc.
Smallest and oldest fries I've ever seen from a place like this. Totally disappointed.. small sandwich too. $17.Tried to surprise my boyfriend for his lunch, no time to go back.
I actually ate here for dinner and breakfast on a business trip. The PAC12 burger and tater tots were delicious and dressed well. The “fry sauce” was as good as advertised by the waitress. Great local beer selection…local “Squatters” Hefeweizen was really good. For breakfast I had the steak breakfast tacos and they were absolutely delicious and put together perfectly. I will definitely return if I am in town again. Great food and service…highly recommend.
We have been going here for years and have never had the poor service we experienced today,took my wife and Daughter to lunch,Brittney are waitress Made it very clear She was having a horrible day. Rushed us to order And all around was extremely rude.We left the restaurant feeling as if this was one of the worst experiences we have encountered.
Good overall experience. Food was fresh and the fries are quality. My Patty Melt was slightly over salty, but not to a point of killing the experience. Worth a try.
My other half and I travel for work and we were shut down for the weekend in Salt Lake. We decided to try out the Legends bar and grill since it was next to our hotel. We went on Friday afternoon and Amber (the bartender) served us. She was extremely nice and made me a delicious old fashioned. Our veggie plate and salad also exceeded our expectations. Because of the excellent service that she provided, We decided to go back on Saturday evening for some after dinner cocktails Well the bartender who has dyed red hair who took over in the afternoon after Amber on Friday, was there on Saturday evening. She came up to us and looked at me weirdly and asked what we wanted. I asked her for an old fashioned and my other half wanted a draft beer. She said ok and left... She didnt offer us any menus, water, if we were ordering food..nothing. .. She just immediately left. Now if she immediately left to get ouu drinks that would be one thing.. But nope, She literally made us wait over ten minutes..of which I never saw her making my drink.. After it was over ten Minutes ( I checked the time because we were just sitting there watching her help the other patrons at the bar around us) she looked across the bar at us and threw up her hands..like she forgot . She then ran and started getting the draft beer and I saw the beer sputtering out ..So she walked up to us and said she has to go and change the keg before she can get my other halfs beer. She then proceeds to say to me " we are out of cherries for your old fashioned"; however, I wouldn't have time to make your old fashion the way Amber did yesterday.. So I cant make it for you. I was first kind of thrown off because how did she even knew how Amber even made my two drinks ( on Friday) when she didnt even arrive until 15 minutes before we paid our check and left??? I didnt even really remember her until she said that. Especially, since she came at the tail end of us leaving and never helped us (only Amber). How does she even know how I wanted my drink on Saturday???I never specified anything other than an old fashioned..To be honest, I really didnt have a chance to because when we told her what we wanted..she just said ok and walked away! First off, all I wanted was some muddled cherries , orange and sugar. And you just told me you ran out cherries.. So muddling sugar and an orange is to long????? Yet, you have time to make Margaritas ?? Also, if you didnt want to make my drink, why didnt you say that from the start?? Or ask me specifically how I wanted my drink? Instead of having us wait over 10 minutes to tell us that, while we watch you help everyone else at the bar. ****I personally felt like I was being treated in some sort of inferior manner.. A biased or prejudiced sort of way. Because none of that entire scenario makes zero sense. You never asked me how I wanted my drink; yet, you remember me from the day before..and how my two drinks were made..before you arrived!? What, you saw me finishing my second drink in the glass and asked Amber what she made me?? and the next day you see me again and you are like no way..not making that drink..even though you dont really know what drink I'm really asking for since you didnt ask me? It just doesnt add it to any sort of logical treatment. I have never been treated that way ever (!!) in a place where someone refuses to make a drink. On top of that, offers no solution. Then again, what solution when you didnt ask us anything specific..other than you didnt want to help us. . I ended up telling her I didnt want to order anything right now and she said ok and immediately walked off. I called on Monday and spoke to the general manager Brooks on 2/7/22 at 11:40 mst. He kind of mumbled his name when I asked for it twice and I only got Brooks which I repeated back to him. I explained everything to him and his response, she wasnt treating you in a biased manner because she came up to me and said she didnt have time to make your drink and I told her to say that to you... There are probably 30 TVs if I had to guess in the restaurant and bar many of which are available from multiple seats. Great place therefore to watch a game. Service was good. Food ok. Beer was cold
We are visiting the area from Florida and wanted to try something we don’t have, so Legends it was! First, Emma gave great service. For example, we had some limp celery and she replaced it right away. Our drinks were always topped up, and she helped up spread out the ordering so we could enjoy the Jazz game that was playing (we didn’t want to be stuffed in the first quarter!) We ordered a lot of different appetizers and a couple of entrees. It was all very tasty and my son even asked if we could come back again before going home. I would recommend this place - we had a great time.
The food was delicious! Our waitress was friendly and helpful. I had a blackened chicken tacos, a spicy pork pork taco and a shrimp taco. They were some of the best tacos I have ever had. My husband had the chicken fried steak & eggs with house potatoes and toast. We will definitely be going back to try other items on the menu. I would love to have those tacos again.
If I could give 100 stars I would. We just held our company party at Legends Downton tonight. I could not be be more impressed with the food , service and atmosphere. Angie and her crew.... front and back were absolutely incredible. I cant wait until next years party already. Thank you all for your excellent food and service . Definitely recommended. These guys are the real deal!
