Second time that we have taken a group to this location to get donuts. The lobby has been closed. We have moving trailers on, so walked to the drive up window where there was no cars. I stood at the window for several minutes, started knocking on the windows and watched (3) employees ignore me. Finally a manager came to the window and stated that she cannot help me unless I’m in a car. She was rude and not willing to hear what I had to say. I finally stopped her long enough to explain that we cannot drive through because of long trailers hooked to out trucks. She proceeded to tell me that it was a liability issue. She told me that they were short staffed and cannot let me into the lobby to purchase the (30) boxes that we were intending to purchase. I counted (5) employees standing in the kitchen listening to her tell me that they did not want my business. I have never been treated so rude, and want others to know about my experience this morning,
I like how fast they get your order ready. The warm donuts are always good and they have a decent variety. Some of the local donut shops are a bit better but you pay more as well.
First time going to a Krispy kreme,went with my family and we waited over 20 minutes to get our order. When we asked what the hold up was, the girl at the counter replied with "why didn't you say something sooner " so this means we were forgotten and her attitude gave the impression we were an inconvenience. Doughnuts were great!! However will not visit this location again.
i wish food Bussian would add sugar free item's there are thought that can't have sugar some people are allergic to sugar
A few hours wait, kept shrugging their shoulders and not caring that they didn't have donuts ready and kept saying come back in an hour several times with each time not having any donuts still!Disappointed kid makes for a bad experience. There will no longer be a next time.I'll take my business to Einsteins where their workers are a ray of sunshine and they do have a bunch of lovely baked goods including donuts now!
Excellent, fresh doughnuts! Very delicious! Definitely recommend! This location has both a drive through and a lobby with seating inside to eat. You can see the doughnuts cooking and glazing on the conveyer inside of the lobby.
Ordered donuts for an event. They were delivered but missing one of the dozen of donuts. Called to see if I could get the rest of them and the girl on the phone was rude and blamed it on the delivery service. She said I would receive a refund in a week. It’s been well over a week and I’m out my donuts and refund. Won’t be going to Krispy Kreme for donuts anymore. Poor costumer service!
I have been here several times over the last couple of years as I like to get the special holiday donuts. Each time they have been out of the donuts. Very poor planning. It would be helpful if there was a way to check before I took the 15 min. drive. Not going out of my way for this location again.
We had the most fun drive through date. The last surprise was Krispy Kreme. Instructions were for the drive through person to choose their two favorite desserts. This is what we ended up with, on the house! Awesome experience and as always delicious donuts! Thank you Krispy Kreme for making our date wonderful!
Staff spent more time smashing donuts to throw away than help customers. Even the “perfect” ones got ruined when staffed grabbed the donuts with their hands instead of the straws. Not worth the 15$ Watched well over 100 perfectly good donuts get thrown out.
