DO NOT GO HERE!! I I can give this place a ZERO star I would give it a negative star. All I wanted was a few hot wings, but I wanted to make it worth their time and order 24 pieces and ask them to make it fresh for me. Ask me to pull up to wait so they can cook fresh batch, five minutes later, worker brought it out and say "you order fresh hot wings?" Was so excited that they accommodated my request, was happy to pay for a 24-pieces order rather than a 6-pieces to make it worth their time. Came home open up to a OLD overcooked hot wings. This place has no integrity and lies through their teeth.
Customer service decent.I ordered a combo, but when I opened the box, it was missing a biscuit; the fries were mushy, not real crisp. I'm not sure if that's because the fries had a light seasoned batter on them. There was one HUGE chicken tender that was cut in half, so it completed the four piece combo purchase.
This was my first time at KFC and found out that they are dishonest and ill-prepared. They had no dark meat, so I had to order a white meat 8 piece. They refused to honor my coupon. When I got home, I only had 4 pieces of white meat, and they put in 4 pieces of wing and drumetttes. I paid almost $30.00! When I tried to call them about this issue, no one answered the phone. I'll not give them a second chance
I was so shocked when I received my order. I ordered extra crispy. It was very very dark brown and oily looking. I was afraid to eat it. Never again! I threw $30 in the garbage. I can't believe they actually sold something like that. Where's your pride and integrity?
They let you order their new beyond chicken online, and then call you to tell you they don’t have it after they charge your card. They tell you they can’t give you a refund and you have to call their customer service number. No one ever picks up their service number, no matter what time you call. They basically try to steal your money! Completely outrageous company policy! Although I wasn’t able to try their food I’m sure it sucks! Give me my money back you thieves!
After reading the reviews for this KFC, I was disappointed to have not experienced “the worst customer service in Utah.” It was just like you’d expect any other fast food to be- fast and we got what we wanted. Sad to say, I have to give it 5 stars.
Absolute worse customer service in the state of Utah!!First off I work hard for my money and I'm a full paying customer. I expect everything I paid for to be inside the bag. I had to drive back for missing items that weren't inside the bag and they wanna argue with me!!I just want what I paid for.... Is that too much to ask for? Very unprofessional and definitely not friendly.
Very bad service!!!! They have messed up my order about five times now. Fast food is very simple and it’s very hard for me to believe fing up such a simple order however , People who work here do it time and time again.
This was the worst KFC I have ever been to. The woman who took my order was extremely rude and impatient with me. After each time I said what I wanted she would give me my total when I wasn't finished ordering. I finally told her that I would let her know when I was finished with my order and she sighed very loudly. I should have just left at that point but unfortunately I continued placing my order and then went to the window. At the window she didn't say a word to me. No total, no smile no nothing. I understand people have bad days and I don't expect every interaction with someone to be perfect, but I do expect to be treated with a little bit of respect. The customer service was bad enough but when we got home and my husband opened his box of chicken it was absolutely horrible. The chicken was cold, and it was shriveled up like it had been sitting for who knows how long. He got a 3 piece meal and the chicken was the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen. He ended up throwing it all away. I will never go here again and I highly suggest going to a different KFC.
The staff at the drive up window was not very helpful at all in assisting me to make A La Carte menu selections. I was rushed and ended up confused. The entire order was far to expensive with no care taken towards the individual items. The chicken pieces were not exactly what I ordered over cooked and almost black ($16.00 for six small pieces ). There was barely gravy on the watery potatoes and the coleslaw was very watery. All the side orders were very expensive. When I questioned my bill I was not given a reasonable explanation. There was nothing finger licking good about my Kentucky Fried Chicken experience in this restaurant.
