Not the best experience. Online they show that they do not have turkey available, so I called in. She said I could only order over the phone or come inside. Stuck at work, so I need it delivered. I gave a nice tip since gas prices are so high. I told the girl I wanted a turkey avocado. I asked her what comes on it, and she didn't mention cheese since. So I asked for no mayo since I cannot eat that as well. I got a sandwich delivered with extra mayo and aside from that looked pretty appetizing. I called to have it fixed. They brought me a very bland sandwich with only 2 pieces of meat on it, and a smidge of avocado and loads of cheese and still not mustard. So in leu of having my sandwich filled with spit for needing to call the 3rd time, I ate a super dry loaf of bread with 2 slices of turkey, 2 tomato slices, a couple of pickles and some lettuce shreds. Honestly, this sandwich made subway look desirable. And thank you for not spitting in my replacement sandwich. Although , it may have helped with trying to swallow down the super dry half that I did eat.
The customer service here is non-existent. Last month I sent feedback for one particularly terrible visit and the manager reached out to me and offered a gift card. It was nice to see that they want to make it up to me, until the gift card never shows up and I never hear from them again. The overall experience would have been better had they not even pretended to try. Now tonight, it was 39 minutes from the time the app said it was out for delivery and when it arrived. I'm a 3 minute drive. I could have walked there and back faster. Twice. I'm not likely to ever order from here again.
Last week I ordered delivery from this location and to be honest, wasn’t very pleased. That being said, I left them feedback on the website and was pleasantly surprised that I actually got a response. They reached out and very apologetic and offered to make it right. I was still not really expecting anything more to come if it, but last night I came home and had a gift card from them at my door! Very happily surprised at the follow thru and impressed that they brought it right to my door (I don’t live in Sandy)! I will certainly be back for more lunch at this location.
More like freaky fun for the staff who are just goofing off. Why have a pick up station for online orders when you just leave the food on the other side of the store? I left this store furious over how bad it was run, staff just yelling at each other, forgetting to do parts of the job, and just wasting my time. Never going back to this location.
I didn’t believe the other reviews but since I live 5 minutes from this location I decided to check it out. Walked in and was expecting a “hi” or a “hello” but instead she said “ what do you want” haha ok….. at that moment I knew the reviews were right.The other locations are much better and not very far away. I hope they have a better day tomorrow hahah
Customer service was terrific. Came here an hour before they closed. Prepared the food in less than 5 minutes. The older gentleman that was working here was very kind.
Mason is by far the best employee there. He is always working hard to make a difference in his community through the small acts of service while working here at jimmy johns. He needs a raise!
Staff is cheerful, and smiling. Love that they are able to combine quick speed AND the accuracy of my order EVERYTIME!!! Jimmy John's ROCKS!!!!
Some of your delivery drivers could be a lot less rude. Plus our food usually takes around 40 mins to an hour to arrive even though we're less than 10 minutes away, not very freaky fast of him
The night crew is killing it! Tons of orders to fulfill by tomorrow morning, hardly anywhere for them to prep boxes (they left a couple of tables open for dine-in customers) and they were all still so nice. Thank you!
