Great food, great service!
I got a #64--a portobello mushroom sandwich. Totally tasteless, a little salt and/or seasoning would've gone a long way. Plus for added fun, they included the woody un-edible mushroom stem pieces.Really bummed me out and turned me off of this sandwich I'd been looking forward to trying.I'd had such a great sandwich just the other day--a #4, small Italian meatsIt'll be while before I go back
Completely mess up my order. I ordered take out and it’s not worth going back. Seems like they made up a sub. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again.
This location has the worst customer service. They messed up on an order so I called to talk with a manager just to try and resolve it since some of our items were forgotten by restaurant workers. The restaurant worker hung up on us when we called. We thought that we just got disconnected but when we tried to call back to find out that they blocked our phone number for no reason. They basically stole our money and didn’t give us what we payed for. I would love to not award any stars but it won’t let me. We reached out to corporate and the Jersey mikes corporate got in touch with the manager of this location and told him to contact us to fix this. The manager never did. Don’t go here or they will steal your money and then treat you terrible.
Very good food and polite and friendly employees
The energy at this spot is built in but I have yet to meet a single staff member I didn’t love… the sandwiches sell themselves but between the big kahuna and the number 8 Club sub these guys officially at my favorite sandwich spot and I’m a guy who loves sandwiches over nearly all other food types. Eric rang me out and was fabulous start to finish with a happy attitude that showed in both his demeanor and his enormous smile, Theo cut the meat and was a sweetheart and Tyler cooked up a stellar philly cheese steak… as this isn’t my first time nor will it be my last Mike is worth mentioning as well as he has served me a number of times with a smile and fun attitude. Went there on 2-20 at noon. It was super busy. Staff was friendly. Shift manager on this day(wish I caught his name) was training a new employee. He was helping everyone on the staff and was super nice. This guy seemed to really love his job. He was great to his employees giving them encouragement and picking up the slack everywhere. He was great. Give him a raise!! Oh. And incidentally the sandwiches were great!

Oh I love jersey Mike’s I’ve been going to multiple locations since they came to Utah and by far this location is the best!They are not only the friendly and assertive, but they are QUICK when it comes to making the sandwiches. Jackson helped me out and was attentive and a pleasure to work. I will be coming back to this location specifically from now on, because of their customer service and the urgency to making the sandwiches
