Great sub place with lots of staff.Quickly made and processed. The most confusing part is where the line starts.-1 star as the processing machine wasn't cleaned between making personal subs (with meats) and vegetables for the whole restaurant so the lettuce was contaminated with meat.
Decent food, staff could be trained better, service a little underwhelming. Had to wait for several minutes for someone to take my order, even though I was the only customer there. Ordered the sub Mike's way. I had to ask for mayo because the sandwich was really dry and didn't come with any.When I asked for mayo the employee somewhat rudely said, "just for the future, when you order it Mike's way it doesn't come with mayo." To which I responded, yes, I saw that getting it Mike's way doesn't have Mayo. I also saw that the club sandwich is listed on the menu as having Mayo already on it.I ordered a club sandwich which was supposed to include roast beef turkey and bacon, it was also missing the bacon, so I guess about half the sandwich was right.I get that sometimes workers are new and people make mistakes, but if you're going to make mistakes, especially that many of them, at least be nice about it to your customers If you want them to come back.If you really like Jersey Mike's subs, I would probably go to a different location.
Jersey Mike's is the best chain sandwich out there. Plus, their employee Chris is amazing. He is always is happy to see us and even knows our order. Cant wait for my next sub...
Jersey Mikes is my absolute favorite and I will be a customer for life! I was there Monday night and Gracie, Austin, and Luke made me felt as if I were apart of the Jersey Mikes Family! I ordered my usual 14 Mike’s Way and it was phenomenal! I always get treated nice with a welcoming greeting and always leave satisfied. I look forward coming in the future for more amazing subs!
Good food and great atmosphere with music not too loud to enjoy a conversation with friends. Tyson was friendly and made good recommendations since I don’t eat at Jersey Mikes very often and he hit it big!
Ordered delivery and not one out of 3 sandwiches were made with the correct bread and toppings on them. I am pretty sure they can't read or are really really high!
I am always a big fan of Jersey Mike's Subs. It's not cheap, but the sandwiches are always good. This location is no exception. The service was prompt and courteous, the sandwiches were fresh and delicious, and the restaurant was clean and tidy. This is a recommended stop if you are looking for a freshly made sandwich in the Draper area.
You guys are the absolute best. Everyone is so friendly, even if they’re too busy to help you at the moment they’re gonna make sure you’re greeted. They’re almost always slammed with orders and in store customers and still take the time to keep conversation with you while you’re waiting. One of them even recognized me from one of my stores in the mall and told me how much they loved it which made me feel so great. From one business owner to another I hope you’re taking care of these people you have a phenomenal staff!!!!
The kids need better management, 6 kids working and yet I waited more than 10 minutes for my online order… instead of finish each order they were doing all of them at once…
I ordered uber eats from these guys, and didn’t have the option to add some toppings to one of my sandwiches, so I called the store and Calleb took care of it right away. Super friendly staff, we always appreciate how kind they are!
