Literally the sweetest workers! I met two of the nicest girls working this morning!! Love going to this location!!
We went on a drive through date with Jamba Juice as our drink stop. The drive through person was asked to surprise us with their two favorite drinks. We ended up with an orange Julius and white Gummy! It was so much fun and the customer service was awesome! Great job Jamba!
Horrible customer service. I tried to use my rewards and it wasn’t scanning, I asked if they could manually do it and the man told me he wasn’t even got to try that and because it wouldn’t scan that was that and I could choose to leave if I wanted. He was awful and honestly made me never want to come to that location again. On top of that, I ordered a small peanut butter mood that I have ordered a bunch of times and he told me that I’d have to order the medium or large to order that drink. Horrible experience, wouldn’t recommend this location and looking at other reviews it’s sad that the management isn’t willing to make drastic changes.
Ordered online. Order was in the process of being done when I got there but staff was great in letting me know and keeping me updated. Thumbs Up!!
Treat your workers better. This location is *extremely* understaffed. Service is painfully slow because of this, and the smoothies are never fully blended.
i was just wanting my smoothie because roxberry was closed and they gave me a smoothie that tasted like plain milk…. no strawberries…. no bananas… just mills and protein…..
You need to put more people on early shift! Took 30 min to get through drive through for one juice and no cars in front of me. One person working, really? (There was a family of 3 inside but still!). Fix it and ill be back
Awful service. Takes 10+ minutes for 2 smoothies when there's no customers. Not to mention that they're almost never fully blended.
Sooooooo slow. Yes it’s great it had a drive through but soooo slow. Now there is a people shortage in the world right now so that may account for that wait. I am still in the inescapable drive through and it’s been 29 minutes
Service was so slow. Also, don't get the cold brew, it tastes like BBQ sauce. They were out of matcha.
