We came in and it was slow. So we were seated immediately and the waitress knew how much time to give us to look at the menu.The food was right, when we added stuff on it was easy to do and came quickly.The waitress was nice even when one of my kids spilled a drink. I appreciate that because family style restaurants should not lose their minds when kids are kids.Thank you.
We stopped for dinner after 750 miles on the road. They had staffing issues as so many places do, but the staff ( 2 servers for the entire restaurant)-- including kitchen and bussers were working together like a well oiled machine! The service was quick, the food was hot and delicious, and my tea was never empty. I wish I cold give them more than 5 stars!
I do not recommended the blueberry ricotta crepes. They were gritty and lasted like warm mush in a crepe. The ham was dry and every swallow was hard to get down. I did like the California club, though. It was fresh and hot and the flavors just burst out of the sandwich. We got okay service, the waiter was friendly and made sure we had what we needed, but it seemed all other tables had his attention and got a smile. The moment he came to our table the smile dropped. Honestly kind of offended me even though we made every effort for conversation and to be nice.
Good fast food for low cost. My ham and egg melt was great. Can’t go wrong with banana and strawberry pancakes. They were short staffed but food came out good hot and we were happy.
Have been to this location twice so far. The first visit was great! Got our food and chowed down. The taste was great and the servers were very kind. There was no wait to be seated, and we were served quickly. The second visit was not as smooth. The food was once again really great, but the server accidentally had me pay for a different table that was quite a bit more expensive. She quickly realized the mistake after charging my card and issued a return and charged the correct price. She was incredibly friendly and polite throughout the process. I will most likely be back at some point.
I've been looking forward to going there for weeks. Was disappointed. Service was great but food was lacking. I mean not good at all. Should've stuck with basic and not been disappointed. But went with steak tips, browns and hotcakes. Steak had no flavor except the caramelized onions. Premium price. Lackluster food. Again, server was great and deserved her 20% tip
This IHOP just off state was actually better than almost any other IHOP I've been too in a long time! Quick and pleasant service. Good food, nice and clean.
It was a Saturday morning with an hour & half wait at Orig. Pancake House, so we came down the street to IHOP we were told 15-20 min. Our wait was 15 min if even! Our Waitress was very sweet & on top of things! Food was hot & delicious! (I had Hot Chocolate & a French Toast Combo plate) For as crowded as it was on a Saturday they did a great job from greeting/seating, Serving/Cooking,even bussing/clean-up, well done, a huge kudo's to IHOP staff!(I even witnessed another Server, who must have been the regular server for a sweet older couple, that hadn't been in for a few weeks or more, give a kind warm Welcome back to them as they came to their regular table & server!)
You would think for having pancakes in your name you would excel in that category. My dad had to borrow my steak knife because he could not cut his pancakes with a fork or table knife that the bottom was so thick and hard. He finally gave up and said forget these. We left and won't be coming back to this location.
Waitress was rude and restaurant failed to do curbside service as advertised. My husband ordered food for our two young children. When he went to pick the food up the kids had to use the bathroom. While he was inside he overheard a female worker state in a rude manner “If they think I'm bringing their food outside they.... I'm not going outside.” The email we received said the restaurant did not do pickup and only did curbside service. We followed the instructions given. Had my husband not overheard this rude comment who knows how long we would have waited outside. I called the restaurant four times and they never answered the phone. They just left our bag of food at the front table. Very unprofessional. I recommend not going to this restaurant.
