Garbage chinese food. Ordered for delivery last night. Everything showed up hot but my fried rice was dry and tasteless, I was pouring my egg flour soup into it to make it edible. Co worker had moo goo and that was also flavorless, then he threw up about an hour later. Other co-worker ordered “medium” curry that was way too spicy for any of us to eat, and we typically likes spicy. He took like 10 bites, threw it away, and drove to little Caesar’s. How do you mess up Chinese food that bad!
My experience here was actually great. The dining room wasn't too busy, the service was exceptional, and the food tasted fresh.One small complaint....I ordered a yellow curry chicken dish which didn't seem authentic in the traditional sense, I guess. Other restaurants present it a little more soupy and with potatoes. This meal didn't. But it still tasted great.Overall, I look forward to coming back and eating here again.
My boyfriend and I ordered delivery tonight here and we were excited to try it, just to be serverly disappointed. The orange chicken had a very odd taste, it didn't taste fresh at all burnt and metal tasting. Wor Wonton Soup (which I was most excited about) the broth was watered down and had very little meat with huge pieces of broccoli. The Moo Goo Gai Pan was the best tasting thing we got, but the chicken did taste very similar to canned chicken. Ham fried rice was very very dry. All the food was very bland, little flavor. We have so much food left and we will not be going for seconds. We are not picky eaters so this is saying alot. We did call the restaurant, and was told that we are the only ones that have had a bad word to say about the food, he then kept saying we ate all the food, and asked us how many restaurants we have called to get a refund after we ate all the food. We kept having to explain that we took a few bites of everything, but that was it. He then demanded we bring the food back into the restaurant. Worst customer service ever! I want to share the picture of the food that will be soon thrown away, such a waste. We are not some scam artists trying to get a refund from restaurants, we can afford food and are happy to pay for good food and customer service. This was aweful we do not recommend.
I’ve been dining in or ordering Togo from fortune Cuisine for years and I can’t say enough about the service there and usually order the chicken fried rice, the chicken is always soft and fresh!!Forgot too mention my favorite, try the salt and pepper chicken!
Very reasonably priced but it just goes to show you get what you pay for. I ordered Kung pao chicken (which was ok). I also ordered sesame chicken, shrimp, BBQ pork slices and cream cheese wontons all of which were so over cooked it was almost inedible. I actually cut my mouth because the won tons were so burnt. Also the whole meal was very bland and tasteless. Probably won't go here again. ID rather pay more and be able to enjoy my meal...
We are used to good Chinese food since our daughter-in-law is from China and she’s a very good cook. This is as close to good Chinese as you will find in the SLC area. We enjoyed it a lot and will be back! Especially liked the calamari and Mo Po tofu. And the hot and sour soup was just right. We ordered too much not knowing that they serve large portions. But then we enjoyed it again the next day.
Poor customer service after I was honest enough to drive in and tell them our delivery food was flavorless, tough and the chicken was old tasting. I could not drive into the restaurant to get a refund until I had time to. We had paid cash, so no need to call. They could not have refunded a credit card over the phone. The day I was finally able to take care of communicating this was not acceptable to the restaurant and they were not willing to offer any compensation for our $35.00 order, which we ended up throwing 3/4 of it away. Won’t return and do not recommend.
My favorite!! Great meals at good prices. The beef egg foo young is superb.
I gave this place a chance, and won’t again. The sechuan beef was 50% rice, 30% veggies of non description and 20% beef. No thanks. Pictures, after the beef and some rice was eaten.
Great restaurant. Newly remodeled dining area feels great. Friendly service and lowers price . Will definitely back again.
