5 guys is a GO for me for many reasons, in general when I want a good burger with no chance to fail, 5 guys is always my first name, but the dude I ordered last night was able to misunderstand a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, mushrooms, green pepper, jalapeno and maionese for... Wait for it... A large fries... My order arrived, a full bag with a little bacon cheeseburger (for my wife) and filled to the top with a regular fry AND A LARGE FRY instead of my sandwich, the girl tried to give me a refund but I was so upset and starving that I just took my copious portion of fry and drove back home, so before tipping here at this place, check twice for good!
Best Five Guys restaurant I've been to. All of the staff are kind and courteous. The manager greeted us and took amazing care of my family. The food was fresh and tasty. And the restaurant was nice and clean. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Grabbed a burger here before a show at the hale theater. It was reasonably fast and delicious! Five guys is very consistent and always a hit. 2 burgers 2 mediums drinks 1 medium fry to share was just under 30 bucks, a fair price for the quality these days.
Phenomenal staff. I wish I would have got the name of the gentleman that helped us today but WOW! My family including my kids were so impressed with his work ethic and attention to detail and customers. Give that guy a raise ❤️
Great service.. the person running the cash register was outstanding. I wish I would have gotten his name! Food was hot and fresh, the caramel bacon shake the cashier suggested was excellent!
Went to this franchise location on 11-02-21 between 12 noon and 1230pm and I have to say that I was absolutely blown away by the management of the store at this time. All of the employees were working in perfect harmony and the cook/lineman at the time was so amazingly efficient that it almost brought a tear to my eye. Thank you so much to the amazingly talented team and once again a huge thumbs up to the cook who was just absolutely perfect!
I really have to thank these guys. We showed up five minutes before close and they still made us all amazing bacon cheeseburgers and hot dogs. I could eat here every day they really do a good job.
I had the most delicious burger and fries from this Five Guys a few nights ago. My wife and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since. Highly recommended!
