We came on a Sunday afternoon around 2 o’clock. There were people sitting inside eating and that had just ordered. There were five of us. As soon as we walked in we were told the restaurant was closed and given no reason. They were very rude. We are from California and came specifically to this FireHouse subs. But we will not be back.
We ordered subs for our family and when we went to grab them from the counter, we asked if they had a tray to make them easier to transport to our table. We were told no. One of our kids subs dropped from the pile. When my husband told them he dropped one, and needed a new one, and we were made to purchase another sandwich, and clean up the mess ourselves. Horrible customer service; they don't care to take care of their customers when accidents happen.
I love FHS and I even worked at one for about a year. Meaning I know how to make most of the sandwiches. The past 3 times I have gone, I’ve ordered a brisket sandwich. The same two girls made my sandwich each time. Well once I get home to eat the sandwich it’s been ROASTBEEF! I let it go the first two times thinking it was an honest mistake but after three times I expect brisket. Very disappointing.
Absolutely amazing service they move through the line so quickly. Just check your bag before you leave to make sure you have everything. They are humans and make mistakes but the food is delicious and service is quick.
Have a really good and healthy food options, but someone in the team, ignored me when I was ready to order, but is really good place!
Do not order takeout from here. The manager is very rude and yelled at me when I asked for my order to be refunded and cancelled because if a misunderstanding. It was very unprofessional and was blaming the customer for inconveniencing him. Very disappointed with this locations management and customer service.
The girl Katie taking our order was extremely unpleasant. When she was asked a simple question she dramatically rolled her eyes and was extremely rude to my mom. Horrible customer service. Our food looked like it was literally thrown together and tasted like it was drenched in vinegar. Do better
I really love the beef and cheddar brisket. It's a really good sandwich. I just wish it was a few dollars cheaper.

Got the Jamaican jerk sub. It was fresh, hot, & delicious! Plus the employees were very well mannered. Will return!
