Honestly disappointed to be writing this review as FiiZ used to be soda shop royalty & the best place to go hands down. I also like that the location is convenient for me. But over the last year service has took a nose dive, and quality of drinks is INCREDIBLY inconsistent - at a time where Swig is really pushing to make a big presence in the area - quality should be coming up not down. Their pup cups are really cute, and about 40% of the time the drinks are as ordered, but that other 60% (like today when I got back to work & they decided to randomly make my Threat Level Midnight a Coke Zero when they repeated the order back correctly) leaves a lot to be desired.

Brand new Fiiz in cedar city and I have tried twice to get chonuts. It was only noon and they were out both times. Don’t think I will waste my time trying a third time.
This place used to be better, mt friends and I really enjoyed coming here, but it's not as good as it used to be anymore unfortunately. The last few times I've been here they've gotten my order wrong or they've have been careless in fulfilling my order and it shows. The employees are nice and no complaints with how they treat people, but they don't pay attention to orders well and are making sloppy mistakes.
I wish each location knew how to make the drinks the same. I don’t understand why the West Jordan location always seems to make things differently than other locations. Why have things the same on your menu if certain stores have no idea what they are doing.
I love this place and go all the time. The only negative about this place is the manager. She never smiles or asks for my number for points, and she should be setting the example for the young kids. Even with that, the teenagers that work are always smiling and laughing which makes you feel good when you order.
Yesterday (1/29/22) I ordered 3 frozen butter beers. Which at $4 a pop isn't cheap and you expect a quality drink. The first 2 they handed me took extremely long to make and actually looked like a slushy beer......and tasted great according to the kids. The 3rd one took just as long and by now the drive-through line was stacking up. To say the least it was terrible, no flavor, barely any yellow coloring. I dont know what they did, or didnt do but you could tell they skimped on something. I think they were in a rush because of the long line. Dont waste your money at this joint, take it elsewhere.

Our favorite shop. Lime in the Cokeonut, and the Zen water are my favorites. My kids love the fun kids options.
I like their Vanilla Coke best. I would like to see more variety in menu, specifically more fruit-based flavors.
