Seasonal/random menu changes keep things fresh, but always have the standards which are among the best fast-food in the state. Prices are unbeatable for portion size, particularly the lunch boxes. Grab an extra churro or two, well worth it.
Between multiple items being missing from my order, the tortillas being stale and the worker mumbling into the microphone, I had a pretty poor experience here. The chicken was good, but when I paid what they charge, you would expect to actually get something close to what you ordered.
I love this place! I always feel so good after eating here. The help behind the counter was hard to hear, wearing a mask (probably mandatory.) Great food, perfectly cooked. Clean restroom. Keep it up!
Good chicken, though it was kind of cold. That's something that kind of always disappoints at Pollo Loco, it seems the chicken has been resting for long before serving it. I wish they could serve hot right from the grill. Anyway the flavor was wonderful and I liked it. Try it and tell me.
Just ordered from the drive thru and it's the 3rd time in the past few months they forgot an item (or items!). Thankfully I pulled over to check the items & noticed they were missing, parked went in the restaurant and spoke with -I believe the supervisor. She gave me my missing items and said next time call if I get home and notice it missing. Sooo 15 min later I get home, start eating with my family and realize our 2 drinks are missing!! I call immediately and NO one answers. I called 6 times and then it just goes to a recording.I keep going back because we love the food, but there's only so many more chances I can give them.
Chicken is great. Everything else tastes like it’s from a high-school cafeteria. The birrria quesadilla was bland and had that gross out of a container tasting guacamole in it. Churro was stale and mashed potatoes had a weird mystery sweet taste. Really wanted to give one star but the chicken has a nice flavor.
Food reminded me of back home. Good old Cali. Food was great. They got my order a little wrong. Wanted flower tortilla got corn and ask for to go but some how they had me for dine in. Not a deal breaker.
We ordered a 3 piece meal and a cheese quesadilla with chicken and a side of sour cream and a side of quacamole. My husband loved his chicken. My quesadilla was so very dry. The chicken was dry and hardly any cheese. I didn't get my sour cream. They gave me salad dressing instead. I was really disappointed. But I can say the bathroom was spotless and employees were very nice.
It was delicious, I think my chicken was not juicy enough, maybe because it was late when we went to eat? I didn’t know they closed at 9 so we get there at 8:30 maybe that’s the only bad think about it.
By far the best food in town. I love stopping by whenever I come to salt lake. It is delicious the staff is friendly. I enjoy eating here too often.
