I’m from LA and this is the best Mexican food I’ve had in Utah, hands down. Makes me feel like I’m home. Amazing Al pastor, carnitas and carne asada tacos. We also tried the fish and shrimp and they were fantastic as well.I never want to go anywhere else for Mexican food.

Almost $40 for lunch and it was disappointing. I had the milanesa which had no flavor and a weird amount of canned jalapeños on the plate, a salad with tomatoes and lettuce and cheese (no dressing) salty beans with no flavor, nothing had seasoning other than salt. My son had a carne asada burrito and it was dry, he said the rice in it tasted sweet, we ordered 1 pastor taco and it was meh, it's definitely not made on a spit like the picture shows because the meat didn't have crunchy pieces, I even asked the cashier and she said they're made on a spit. The food took 30 minutes to come out, you'd think they were making fresh tortillas and beans but no, just very slow service. I'm pretty sure the cashier was also the cook. Go to betos, cheaper and fresher.

Delicious and authentic! Love this place! I had the torta cubana, al pastor taco plate, and molcajete. Fresh chips came with each meal and the different salsas were fantastic. Horchata was also divine. I would definitely come again.

Went to this place for the offer on the picture. I place my order and saw they charged me regular price, the photo clearly states all tacos. He said they use a larger tortilla. Took the hit since I was hungry. Took 30 minutes for 4 tacos… I ordered 6. There was only one other person there. I had to go to the cook and ask for the rest of the tacos since no one else was at the cashier. Meat and tortillas were cold on all of them. Horrible at experience.

Went there today and literally waited a hour to get my cold tacos and canned beans and hard rice. They were not busy about 3 different customers with family’s. Will not ever go here again definitely not authentic. If you want good tacos check out TACOS LOPEZ In West Jordan. I wasn’t in the area or I would have went there instead. Will never go here again!!

Very good flavors, highly priced, and VERY slow! I walked in on a Saturday when I was in the area and faced an unexpected wait of 40 minutes for 3 tacos with 6 other people in the restaurant. Very disappointing because I love good Mexican food and like to support small restaurants such as this.

Came here on the 12th of December around a little after 5 The place was empty except for one table and the handful of employees.. perfect we thought as we wouldn’t t be waiting long on our food.. ordered about seventeen dollars worth of food.. a total of four items.. the place proceeded to fill with guest and we patiently waited for our drink and food.. a rather large group arrive a bit later and it was until we saw them getting their food that we made our first attempt to ask the cashier about our order.. he turned around and pointed to our food ticket at the front of the rest and said it would be out shortly.. I asked for the drink at that point and a bit later it arrived.. a little after our second item out four arrived.. we then again asked about the remainder of our order and he ran back to check to our ticket and then again told us it was almost ready.. 20 mins later and many many other guest later we cleared our table and asked for a refund for the remaining items.. the cashier then told us we had never ordered said items..I had to bring up the fact that if I had never ordered the items then how could they of charged me 17 dollars for a drink and a small quesadilla..he then instantly found my order and gave me a refund..we left at 6.15 with a very bad taste of the place as the service is some of the worst we’ve experienced

Good Service, Great Food!!! Tacos, tortas and nachos are delicious here !

Awful. I’ve never written a review of any kind, but this needs to be mentioned. I got the chicken enchilada and with the first bite, the meat smelled like dog food. I literally started gagging. All around the whole plate tasted bad. I had to put several cups of salsa on my rice for it to be palatable. I will not be coming here again. I left my plate as you see it in the picture.

Not sure what kind of meat they use to make “milanesas” but I felt like I was chewing rubber. A single bite would pull the entire meat piece out of the torta of how hard it was.
