Love coming here for coffee. Nice people took my order and gave it to me on the house for the long wait. I ordered an iced mocha latte with vanilla creamer. Was delicious thank you! ? I will be returning as always.
Of all the Dutch locations this is my favorite. The staff is awesome. I enjoy their suggestions for trying new combinations.
It’s coffee with great customer service.Just actually get in the shortest line y’all!So many times I’ve had customers angrily wave at me for getting two cars ahead because everyone ignored the sign and just kept piling in the long line.
I’ve been to Dutch Brose two times before and was very unhappy with the drinks. My girlfriend is here from Canada so we chose to give it one more try expressed our previous experience to the workers and they went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our drinks and gave us the best experience . Definitely recommend Dutch Bros for the right drink. The staff are incredible!
The Midvale location has been my go to since they opened! They are the OG’s in the Dutch bros game! Sandy location opened up and it’s closed to where I live so figured I’d switch things up. Never should have done this.The Sandy location still has some things to sort out. It’s always hit or miss with them. Customer service and correct drink orders are a must when in the food/beverage industry, this is there biggest downfall at this location. Again, hit or miss, depends on who helps you, but in my opinion, it should be a cookie cutter system no matter who serves you. 3 stars because I’m sure they try.
Most of the drinks on the menu are quite rich and sweet, but delicious. A great occasional treat. The service also tends to be top notch when I go there.
Had no idea what I wanted or how to order. Assistant Manager Ryan was so kind and helpful. Guys at the window were super friendly. Will definitely go back for more hot chocolate!
There is one person that works there who knows me by name, and knows my drink order. She’s amazing. However, when she’s not there, the order almost always is messed up. Today, they screwed up the order two times in a row. First, they gave us the wrong size. When I asked for the correct size, they gave me a drink that had no coffee in it. It tasted like pure sugar. Normally I’m really understanding when orders get messed up. But the fact that it keeps happening is really upsetting to me.When the drinks are made correctly, they taste amazing. That, and the person who knows my order and name, is the reason it’s not getting a one star review.
