Came by to get coffee for my family the day my grandmother passed away. I was admittedly tired having been by her side most of the week taking care of her and the staff was so kind and fast helping to get enough coffee to keep my family of 11 adults fueled as we had to get her arrangements made. They were so fast, got me set up with a box for easy carrying as well as plenty of cups and creamer, and had me on my way in no time. Just the kind of service needed on such a hard day.

I drove up just after 10p.m one night narrowly avoided a car accident after working a 14 hr day.The gentleman named Kia and Trevor really showed they cared about their community, they listened to me and went above and beyond. Kia cleaned my side mirrors and Trevor filled up my windshield fluid from what he had left in his car.Wonderful Individuals, very caring about all the details. I'm so Grateful Kia and Trevor! ??R.A.D straight up whole hearted people.Much Love

This is the closest Dutch Bros to my work and it’s not close enough ?? Since I’m usually late for work when I visit. The lines are long but like most Dutch Bros they get through the lines very quickly. They have amazing sugar syrup options and the soft top is only 50cal.Everyone there is so friendly. Definitely recommend

My Husband and I have been going to this location - shortly after they opened - I believe about 1 year ago.I love the Golden Eagle with Ex. Ex. Caramel drizzle and they are all so friendly and especially nice to us!!!!They know what we want because we order the same thing all the time. They have all been so concerned about my husband because he’s been in a lot of pain and we have been waiting for the Hospital to get him in for surgery. We love this location - because of everyone who works there.I don’t think the ‘expect you giving them a tip!’ They have always asked nicely if we would like to leave a tip.My Mother was a Bartender for most of our lives when we were young and we lived on tips for dinner so many nights.I will always tip people who work in this kind of service - some of these kids are going to school and have to work to pay for everything!!!!!I have my tip set at 30% - maybe even 35 - because they do such a great job!!!!I can’t wait to see everyone - we haven’t been able to go there for a few weeks and we stopped by today (1/7/22) and they were ‘temporarily closed.’ I called their main office and they will be open again tomorrow - Yeah!!!Tell all of them - we Love them -Dennis and Sheri Taylor!!!!!?????

High quality and a fast service option. My only gripe is that tipping seems to expected. Tipping is for companies that don't pay their employees enough and rely on the morality of their customers to have their employees paid. Just my opinion.

Always my fav place to get my caffeine fix, my drinks always come out perfect and there is never a better staff than at Dutch Bros. These people deserve the best, they are always friendly and lift the spirits of anyone who comes to enjoy the amazing selection. Also their stickers and app for rewards take the cake!! I'm a loyal customer for life!!

The coffees great, but the service at this location is terrible. I’ve had Dutch brothers dozens of different locations throughout the west and never had any issues with service except at the Sandy location. The inability to manage the queue of cars is absurd. Today was the final straw as I had been sitting waiting for 10 minutes and both people taking orders bypassed me to take orders from two cars who are just arrived. I don’t mind waiting and I’m generally very patient, but the fact this keeps happening to me is extremely annoying. I get told by the manager that the drive-through line is prioritized over the walk up line, so I wait in the drive-through, only to have your employees disregard what position I have in line. It doesn’t help that the other customers are selfish and don’t point out that they arrived after others, but the onus is on the employees to do a better job in serving customers in the order in which they arrive!

The first time I had Dutch Brod was 7 years ago in Oregon. I was hooked immediately. Any time over the following 5 years when I had a chance to grab a cup I did. The Nitro cold brew is the best nitro coffee out there. In 2020 the first locations in Utah opened and I was ecstatic. So much so that I went on the opening day of the first store in Utah in St.George in May 2020, and the Sandy Location when it opened in August 2020. I expected hiccups initially but over time many of the issues continue to plague the Sandy location. For starters, the double drive-thru line is a nightmare. Customers are selfish and won't be honest about where they arrive in order, and the baristas are;t paying attention to know. While I have been skipped in order on numerous occasions, today was egregious to the point that I got out of line and left. I had already waited 10 minutes when 2 cars pulled in in the other line--after me. While that line started to move, the 1st car cut in front of the car in front of me and intercepted the other barista, while the barista in front of me was oblivious and skipped right past me to the other car. The problem is the setup and the nature of people to not be selfless and honest when they arrive. I can't count how many times I have sent the baristas to the cars in the line next to me since they arrived before me. But that's beside the point. There either needs to be a change in the training, or a change in the process because this location has lost a customer. On top of the logistical issues, my drink is rarely made the same twice, despite ordering the same things 2-3 times per week every week since Aug 2020 here. One day it might be the wrong size, the next the barista doesn't add cream, or syrup, the next time they forget the soft top, or on a bad, day all of the above. I have been argued with about what is supposed to be in my drink, I have been told the size doesn't exist, I have been given the wrong drink. I'm over it. This location's management and service suck. Your employees are disengaged from providing good service in lieu of being friendly and striking up a conversation while you wait. Instead of focusing on a "fun" environment, work on providing better service.

DB you have great drinks, and enthusiastic employees. But please, please, please, regulate the line system. You are causing hostile encounters with the customers because you refuse to stick to the correct system of the drive up lines. Customers who know how it should go get punished by other customers because of this. Why can't you guys just stick to the way it should be? Why can't you tell your customers, when you see them doing it wrong right at that moment, this is how we ask you to do it next time? I don't understand. You have the responsibility as the business.

Neutral rating since I didn’t actually get a beverage. I wanted a beverage Sunday at 2pm. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 min and moved 2 car lengths. Not worth the time. Went to the drive thru Starbucks in 2 minutes.
