I placed an order and got a call from Adam saying there closed and cancelling my order, I even opted for pick up since they closed 40 minutes from when I placed my order he said corporate is having them close before 11 which makes no sense. As well said that Amber the store manager is having them close at that time, but the website let me successfully place an order and even said a Taylor was prepping my order. Extremely frustrating 2nd Dominos that did this.
The lack of stars is due to my experience not because of the quality of the pizza, which was 5 star. The employee working last night 3/11/2022 (middle aged women, not the younger ones) was unfriendly and is definitely costing the location sales because she doesnt want orders coming in or want to work. I tried calling to place my order over the phone because the app doesnt have a well done option. I waited on hold for 8 minutes and finally just decided to drive there. There was only one person waiting for pizza and 2 people picking up. Not terribly busy based on their que screen that I could see in the lobby, so I am not sure why no one could answer the phone. Anyway, I was "greeted" at the counter with "It's an hour and a half wait." Whatever, I guess I will do it, I already drove here. She continues with my order, telling me she cant honor the coupon I was trying to use even though I explained that I would order through the app if it had the option to select or type in well done. Then she tells me my pizza is going to be burned if they cook it well done. I'm like okay lady, this is my go-to order that I have done for years..burn it then. We get to the end of the transaction and she quotes me 35 minutes. Weird, it was just 1.5 hours only 2 minutes ago. I leave and come back around 25 minutes later, pizza is done. Cool! Pizza tasted awesome, super happy with that. I did pay for extra bacon and definitely did not receive extra. Again, this is my order I do every. single. time. I know how it should be. Also I want to mention that I clocked the que screen after picking up and there was only 3 or 4 people under my name for orders.The part that gets me the most is that many people probably would have walked after hearing it was 1.5 hour wait. This lady is costing you money in potential sales by trying to turn people away, acting like they are slammed. If I was a business owner, I would want to know about this. While I am writing this review, it would be really cool if you could pass along some customer feedback to corporate that your app adds a well done option or a spot to type in special requests.
People are amazing work fast and are very helpful and incite full and knowledgeable with their pizza. 20/10 would bring a date ?
Literally horrible. Called more than 5 times waiting on hold for 7 min at least every time. Don’t give them the clout
Can I put a 0? I was almost to the store when I got a call that my order was canceled. I asked why, the guy said well we only have 1 person and we're really busy. Maybe I get it if it was close to the 10pm closing time but my order was placed around 745. This was my first time trying dominoes after a bad experience a couple of years ago, needless to say they've lost a customer for life.
Horrible service won't deliver righht down the road. Guess papa John's will be my new pizz place

Really bad experience. Ordered the car side delivery. My timer was at 11 sec then it froze. No one in sight to give me my pizza. Then about 30 secs someone came. Didn’t care much about that. The pizza I ordered was Buffalo chicken. Got home and the entire pizza was drenched in buffalo sauce to the extent where the crust was also drenched. It was disgusting.

Without notifying you, they will change your order from a Delivery to a Takeout if they don't feel they have enough delivery drivers. You will only find this out when you call to find out why your pizza hasn't been delivered. Caution.
