So went in tonight to get a salad, she puts my meat in then decides it was too much and pulls some back out and puts it back into the meat pan aka cross contamination with now rice and beans back into the meat pan. By the time my salad was ready to go it was filled below the top of the metal tin. If your going to skimp on people, you lose business period and the audacity to pull meat back out in front of a customer and put it back in the pan?? Short blue eye girl with brown hair that cat calls men with "hun" "darlin" I dont appreciate that either. I said I forgot my wallet and left.

The assistant manager of this location is the absolute best! She does an amazing job directing everyone and engaging cheerfully with every guest even when it’s busy!

We went here to pickup some takeout. They had no mango dressing which is basically the only thing they have that’s better than cafe rio. That was a small annoyance compared to when we tried to pay, it forces you to tip. The “no tip” button is disabled so you are forced to tip when paying with a card. Why should I tip to pickup takeout? Pay your employees a livable wage and don’t rely on customers tips to pay them.

We have ordered from them 3 times, and 2 of the 3 times there has been issues.This last order they forget the 4oz side of pico, and the TWO 2 oz sides of guacamole. When you've ordered two sides of chips and there is nothing to dip them in, that's disappointing.The last time we ordered we waited triple the amount of time that was listed on the website. We saw at least 30 people come and place their orders in line while we waited for an order that should've been ready 25 minutes earlier cumulatively. The first time was wonderful, we were so excited. The second time we thought maybe it was just a mis-sight. Now that it's a 3rd time in 4 days, we realize that they must've hired some kids who don't care or there is no longer adult oversight.The only reason we give two stars instead of 1 is because the food that you DO get tastes good. Albeit it's incorrect or missing several items.

I ordered a full-size salad on the app for pick up, when I returned home with the bag I realized it was just a half size salad.I called customer service and they were super friendly and gave me the option of going back and getting the full size salad or being refunded so I chose to be refunded. I’m really not happy with the way this was handled in the end because I was only refunded $1!!!I would never pay for a half salad for $1 less when I could get the full size for just $1 more, but I feel I was forced to. I was under the impression that I would be refunded for the full amount of the half salad since it was their mistake and I was inconvenienced. If I knew this was going to be the case I would’ve gone out of my way to go back and get the full size one.Due to this misunderstanding and the way it was handled it has left a bad taste in my mouth for their food. I don’t know that I will be ordering from CostaVida again anytime soon as I feel like it was a big waste of money and they were very unclear what they were offering to make it right, poorly handled in my opinion.Heather Smith

Good pork burrito. Service was fast. There's just something a little off about this brand. Coasta vida seems like if Cafe Rio cut every corner, but charged the same price.Wish I woulda got a weight & picture but I was pretty hungry.

Ordered lunch from here via DoorDash today. The order was correct and quick. It even had a thank you note inside from Kenia. Great to see such care and good customer service. I've been really impressed with the Costa Vida brand over the last few years. They have developed a reputation of great food with great service.

Ordered pork burrito with rice and refried beansHalf way into the meal I found a rubber o ring inside the burrito. This was probably a random instance.I was given a free meal card but am not returning to this establishment.

Placed an order online for pickup then immediately realized I didn’t indicate the time I would actually need the order ready. I immediately called the number listed which takes you to a “central location”. After being on hold for 10 + minutes I was finally transferred to the actual location that I would be picking up the order. The person who I talked to at the restaurant said the order I placed was already done even though online it said it wouldn’t be ready for 20-30min from the time I placed the order. The employee said there was nothing she could do but next time I place an order I should pay more attention to the time. I tried to explain that the central call center had me on hold for 10 1/2 minutes that’s why I it took so long to get through. Not only would she not let me speak, her customer service was non existent. So by the time we arrived home the food was ice cold. Absolutely not impressed with this location. We won’t be back.

Orderd quickly no line when I went. Burrito was delicious. I always recommended getting extra lettuce and pico de gallo.. steak was tasty and it was so big ate the other half for dinner. Yumm
