the food was good, but overpriced for what it is in my opinion. i did a mobile order on my lunch at work and was there exactly when it asked me to be, actually a couple minutes before. my order was about 5 minutes late from the promise time, not a big deal. however, once i got back to work to eat, there was no fork or napkins in my bag. just the food. but i had no way to eat it. i had to rush inside the work building and try to find something to eat my food with, and could only find a spoon. wasn’t gonna drive back there and ask for a fork, especially because it’s crammed in a chaotic part of the parking lot.

This location is terrible. Beware ordering guacamole because it’s hit or miss whether it taste completely rotten or not. I live near by so I come here often but they always switch from being online prefer only and then the next day they will turn off online ordering for whatever reason. Every time I order online my order is wrong about 80% of the time and it’s ALWAYS late!

Seriously, this is the WORST salad. There's about half of what normally comes in it. My husband's burrito was the same. Also, the little bit of lettuce in it was sad and wilted, like I am now.

I went here last night to pick up some food for me and my husband after a long day. I ordered two burritos. I asked for mild sauce on them both and was shocked when the employee dumped about a cup of sauce on both. I would've asked for them to remake them but both of the employees didn't seem friendly at all and I know it was the end of the night and they looked like they didn't want to he there at all so I figured maybe it'll be okay. I was soooo wrong. The burritos were not even edible. My gums actually started bleeding from how hot the food was. Me and my husband entire mouth was burning for hours after only taking a few bites of our food and discarding the rest. We were both up all night with extremely bad abdominal pain and have been throwing up this morning. I never have a problem with spicy food but this was just awful I don't see how anyone could've eaten it.

Awesome experience tonight, thanks to the manager Ellie. I could tell there was alot going on, and yet she handled all of the issues with kindness and speed. The world needs more people like her.Always great food here too! :)

Doesn’t deserve any stars- terrible experience- my poor husband’s bowl barely had any rice. My daughters Steak burrito looked pathetic- they ran out of chips. My steak bowl looked horrible - the steak looked dry & my rice portion was supposed to be extra & looked like a normal portion should be! This isn’t the first horrible experience- it has happened before but I had hoped for a better experience- I once enjoyed Chipotle but this restaurant has since changed my mind! I will not be returning!

I have given this Chipotle many chances throughout the years. Every time I go something is wrong. Today my order was 20 minutes after the app told me to pick it up and they were out of chips for the day. Last time the guacamole I ordered was half full with literally just a chunk of avocado. The time before that the messed up my whole bowl and I had to throw it away. I love chipotle and the food is delicious, but this location is getting ridiculous. I hope they are able to get to train more people and get back to the Chipotle gold standard, but until then avoid this location.

This place used to be a staple in my diet! The food is so good, but I stopped coming here 5 months or so ago because the service went from a 10 to a 1. They regularly change their ordering restrictions to online only with no notice, and they are running at about a 30% success rate of delivering the food ordered online by the time it is promised. So, after 5 or so months going to different restaurants like CoreLife, who don’t seem to have the same employee shortage problem, I figured I’d come try Chipotle out again… well they failed again. I’m standing here in a restaurant full of people waiting for their online orders, and it’s 25 minutes past the time the online app promised they would be ready. I’d blame this on some kind of national employee shortage, but like I said, most other similar restaurants I have visited during this time don’t have the same issue. I would recommend avoiding this business, as it’s just frustrating.

I’ve done online orders with this chipotle multiple times, and they have messed up many times. Usually it was on little things, but this time I ordered a sofritas bowl, and there was no rice, not tomato salsa, and no lettuce. But it had black beans, cheese, and guacamole on it, all of things which i didn’t order. Tried to call the restaurant and they were impossible to get ahold of. Extremely disappointed with this chipotle.

Updated: Back for a second time and it was just as great! They are still killing it, working so hard, amazing staff here! :) The two employees working tonight were working so hard!!! So friendly too ☺️☺️ these guys need a massive raise for how much they do. ❤️ my burrito was perfect and tasty as always. ?
