Amazing restaurant. Very clean location, clean restrooms, and almost all tables were wiped perfectly clean. Very kind staff, and there’s nothing like interacting with a Chick-fil-A worker to brighten your day. The Mac and cheese is second best I’ve ever had. Nuggets are actually good, and they aren’t blended up like most restaurants. The spicy chicken deluxe is the best. Their fries aren’t perfect, but they are extremely good for fast food, you’ll never get a soggy fry like you can at McDonald’s. Their frosted lemonade tastes like whipped cream and lemonade mixed together and put in the freezer, just so you know what to expect, and this is one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. Chick-fil-A always hits the spot, and it’s much higher quality fast food.
I love Chick fil a and this is our regular stop that we have been going to for years. Unfortunately for about the past year, the service has gone downhill.I don't know if the employees need to be trained more, but every time we've ordered drinks this past year (4-5 times), we haven't gotten the straws. 2 of 3 times, I've ordered the granola yogurt parfait and they forgot the granola. 2 of 3 times we asked for ketchup and didn't receive it. They have forgotten the utensils more times than not. This time they didn't give me grilled chicken in my chicken scramble bowl and instead gave me fried (I'm gluten-intolerant and can't have the beading, so I always request grilled) and gave us an extra soup we didn't order. I feel sorry for whomever didn't get their soup because it was in our bag.The food is good and the employees are friendly, which is why we keep coming back (and why I gave an extra star), but we've never had to check our food twice before. Now unfortunately we have to check it before we leave the parking lot, just like McDonald's, and I really don't like putting them in the same category.
Love this place!! When it comes to efficiency, they got it figured out!! Hot food, then on your way! The team members are always polite and professional! Seriously, CFA should set up training centers for all of the food industry personnel.
I support this place highly. Their food is good and the also donate twice a week tu the local food bank. The Chicken filet's in Draper, Sandy and Lehi are the three that I pick up from weekly..
Usually good food. My only complaint I guess is partially my fault for not checking at this point but several times I've ordered the tortilla soup and gotten home only to realize I've been given chicken noodle. I get that it's a seasonal item so you might be used to giving chicken noodle but please be more careful.Edit: I've been here 3 times since I posted my review without incident. The food has been good. My order has been right, and I'm a happy customer.
Good service, drive-thru is fast, only major complaint is the parking lot is a zoo, dine in hours have been very strange, and there’s no curbside pickup which I’ll be honest sends me to the Ft. Union location frequently.
Okay first things first I love Chick-fil-A with all my heart and it’s literally the best food on the planet. I just have had a hard time with this location because one night they closed at 7pm and said that the orders that went through were going to get refunded. I’ve called Chick-fil-A Cares multiple times and put in report after report and this location fails to live up to customer support. This happened weeks ago and they still haven’t refunded me or even reached out to me. Everything else is great but they simply don’t care when something goes wrong on their end
I'm frustrated with Chick fil A! When ordering a regular sandwich on the Door Dash app, they charge you .29 cents more if you want a bun. I've ordered many items from Door Dash and have never seen a price break down such as this. Basically, I received a bag with a chicken patty in it!Between removing some of my favorite menu items and now charging customers extra for the bun, I see no need to spend any more money here!
Best franchise in Utah. Been to all of them and the sandwiches are always the best! Big portions on the sandwich cooked perfectly including bacon you can actually taste! Never as crazy busy as some of the others but I expect they are just better at serving customers faster. The fort union location in midville could learn a few things. Draper your not much better.
Busy place. Fairly quick with big drive up lines. Good food with one exception. My #1 combo meal regular crispy chicken sandwich had NO Sauce at all on it.
