spent $6.50 on a kids meal with a tiny fry and four chicken nuggets. i guess the portion is expected for a kids meal but the price was ridiculous and not what was listed on the board. also, i ordered chicken tenders, not a kids chicken nugget. but the girl at the front took my order wrong and i ended up with a kids meal. i was on my lunch at work and had to get back so i wasn’t able to have it corrected, nor did i even want to bother. the staff is rude and the girl taking my order was so quiet and seemed miserable. she couldn’t even make eye contact while asking me questions, which is probably why my order got all messed up. unpleasant experience and spent way too much for a bite sized amount of food. don’t recommend.

Went through the drive thru, paid and was told to park in a parking spot until the food was ready and they'd bring it out. Waited 15 mins before giving up and going inside. Told them what I got and was handed a bag that was sitting on the warmer for who knows how long. Got home only to find out they gave me the wrong order. Rarely ever go to Carl's Jr but when I do it's never a good experience.

I'm not coming to this location ever again. Waited over 30 minutes for one burger and a 5 piece tender. Staff was rude and other customers were getting their food who ordered way after us. Disappointing and frustrating. Do not come here.

Whenever I come through it's late at night so there's no line. Food is always fresh and customer service has never failed to be the best. Better than any other carl's jr around

Great quality chicken and swiss sandwich and fries. I always get friendly service here. Price is on the high end but better quality than most, IMO.

Staff was very rude. Instead of fixing my order they messed up when I called, they called me back cussing and making threats.

They put so much mayonnaise on the sandwich it was secreting from all sides. Globs and globs of mayonnaise pouring out. I couldn't eat the sandwich, I threw it away. I thought my French fries would be edible but when I took one bite the fry tasted like it was sitting in stagnet fish water. I'm so beyond grossed out. I literally threw up.

This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Paid almost $20 for food through the online website, and get to the drive thru and was told that the order wasn't on their screen. I showed them my receipt on the web page, my email receipt and even showed them my bank account with the charge from Carl's Jr and they still refused to give me the food saying it was out of their hands. Listen, the customer is always right. I've shown enough proof to you to prove that I'm not trying to get free food... I'm trying to get what I paid for. After at least 20 minutes trying to figure out how to resolve the issue, I left without the food I paid for and have to call my bank so they can submit a cancelation request. If the restaurant can't abide by the basic rules of customer service, then they don't deserve our business. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I used drive-thru and ordered an Angus monster burger and they gave me a monster biscuit. Wouldn't be a huge issue but I'm a breastfeeding mother and my infant is allergic to eggs. I also ordered an oreo milkshake and the lady said "Sorry it's a little frozen" what she really meant was- Sorry, it's completely frozen and we put some extra whipped cream on top to hide the fact that it's a milkshake left over from last night that's most definitely not going to taste right. When I came back to the drive-thru to get the correct thing I had ordered they said "We have to make it, go ahead and pull forward because it'll take a while." I suspect they knew they gave me the wrong thing and were hoping I wouldn't come back. I can understand the confusion between monster burger and monster biscuit but when she gave me the bag she definitely hesitated as if she knew it wasn't the correct thing. So much for a fast breakfast. AND when they did bring my order her body language and facial expression was extremely irritated and rude. Don't recommend coming here.
