Lobster bisque was delicious. I wish they had more of varieties of bread choices.
Been waiting in line for a hour! Nobody working up front. Was told there was no manager on duty. They were backed up on online orders so we had to continue to wait. Lot of frustration from the line and workers. Bad customer service.
This place is a joke. Placed a order at 6pm, after waiting a employee confirmed they had not even started making it and it would be at least 2 hours longer. There wasn’t a line at all, he said I can go threw the line and pay again but he still had to make the order I already paid for. 8 employees standing around looking busy. None of them helping anyone or making orders. It’s now 730 and no food no line and the employee saying I need to repay and talk to the manager tomorrow. What a joke. At 815 still waiting in the curb side pick up I called again and the girl friend of the first employee answered. I guess he tried to act tough for her and ran out to my car with another guy while the girl stood at the door watching. These two guys leaning on my car trying to act tough asking me what my problem was and saying if I don’t like how they run the store I should go somewhere else. They 3 of them continued threatening and trying to act tough for about 15 minutes while more customers were waiting until I just left still not getting the order or a refund. Who ever manages this location needs to be fired along with the staff. Idiotic zupas thugs trying to show off to their girlfriend while people are waiting 2 hours for a order. 2 hour wait to end up with out your order, money, and threatened by some wannabe zupas thugs. Keep it classy zupas. ?
Our first visit to Cafe Zupas started little rocky. The young staff members were very disorganized on the food serving line. We were a party of six, but we kept having to repeat what we had ordered. They all acted like they didn't know what they were doing. The soups sat so long that they were luke warm by the time we got to our table. The good news is the food was really good, the Combo 2 is a great deal, and everything is reasonably priced. The salads we chose were all delicious: including California Cobb & Strawberry Harvest. The two soups we ordered were yummy also, even cold: Pumpkin Chorizo & Clam Chowder. Our sandwiches included: Honey Bacon Club, Brisket Grilled Cheese, and Italian Club. We will definitely return to Cafe Zupa, but we sure hope they get the service delivery figured out!

I can’t believe I paid $42 for 1 lg tomato soup, 1 Xlg cauliflower soup, and two sandwiches. The sandwiches were supposed to be full size but looked more like kid’s menu kids sandwiches with the bare minimum inside. I called the store to complain and they “unfortunately can’t do anything about it.” I suggested they tell corporate to start making normal adult sized food for normal prices! (You may not have noticed, but the catering portions cost more per/ than the store portions!) I totally got ripped off tonight, and you will too!
I love their food, but apparently I’m expected to go into the Covid hole to pick it up, unless I knuckle under and download the app. Like I need another app on my phone and another stinking password to remember. Please change this.
Update: I guess gift cards only work in store. FYI. They are fixing the issue so you can purchase in app.I had an order that was missing items and I contacted customer service. They sent me a gift card that was not activated. I have been trying to reach somebody in the corporate office to activate it and nobody has responded and apparently there's only one person who can activate the card. I've tried calling twice today and three other times in the last 2 weeks. I really just want to have my card activated so I can make a purchase is that too much to ask?
I found hair in my grilled cheese this is the third time I wish I could’ve had a better experience. The sandwich is good other than the hair and nails I have found in there. They should be wearing gloves and a hair net this is so gross. I am very displeased.
